    When working from home if @OnSpectra internet service becomes such a moving target it’s real harassment for the customer.

    @OnSpectra my office Internet isn’t working for a few days. Your app runs closes while troubleshooting, CC no doesn’t help. Wrote an email but no response. This isn’t the first time, it happens almost every month. I’m paying 24k annually. Pls sort this out.

    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra really not understandable, have 3 accounts, want immediate refund for all the 3 accounts remaining period shall be moving out from Spectra, horrible customer service

    @OnSpectra I have booked for new connection yesterday..and till now connection not installed. What a bad service CRN 2323135And Sales person Mr Shariff told me he can't install today...need one more day time...or else we can process the refund
