    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience

    @OnSpectra Hi Team, I am your customer from last 7 yrs but raised connection deactivation request last month(CIN -185235), since then following for refund sent more than 20 mails and 10+ calls no solution. every time get standard reply and ur customer executives are not in sync

    @OnSpectra frequent internet outages in Gurgaon and unable to log a ticket through self help app as well. Been in a queue to speak with customer service rep for more than 5 mins. Not sure what kind of service we are paying for?!
