    Switching my isp from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia to @OnSpectra because of 130 ping on fortnite tried calling, put 8 requests leading to there technician saying bhaiya kuch nahi karsakte aap isp change Kara do. Customer service so bad even after being a customer for 16 years

    @OnSpectra a very poor service, without resolving actual issue tickets were always closed. I’ve never seen such from other service providers. Is this a right way??? #SPECTRA

    @OnSpectra we enquired and agreed for connections only if we get demo,this guy agreed and now when we are not fine with the service and want it not to be continued he is pressurising us to make payment (2)

    @OnSpectra Worst service. Fibre Internet goes off when you are in meeting, business loss. Happened more than 3 times in this month. Root cause power outage or team doesn't know. I am fed up. Location Bangalore, thubarahalli

    @OnSpectra Fraud company. Raised multiple complaints but didn’t get response from team & to my surprise marking complaints as solved & stating that customer is not picking technician’s calls since days. You guys should be gutted and close down your company. #CustomerService

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Promoting yourself to be the robust internet line doesn’t help. When the users are not even informed about the mass outage which occurred 2 hours back. Raised the ticket only to find my concern will be resolved max by 1 pm tomorrow.
