    @OnSpectra used ur services for about 5 years with the most premium plan & face a bizarre situation while disconnection request today.Being told 15 days as hold time for disconnection is the most bizarre thing I've heard. Might have to pay a few bucks xtra but never returning!!

    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.

    @OnSpectra worst device management system I have ever seen in a Wifi provider. I have 5 decides available even two simultaneous fails to connect. Never go @OnSpectra
