    @OnSpectra Pathetic service. We switched from another service provider to Spectranet. Worst part is that its very difficult to connect with customer service team.

    As i already paid for your top up for 80 mbps atleast provide me 40mbos na so that i can do my office work bcz of @Settl_living @OnSpectra @SpectraLife_Inc your worst services I am not suppose to do my office work. As i am in sells department company will mange 1day not everyday.

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience

    @OnSpectra Worst service. Fibre Internet goes off when you are in meeting, business loss. Happened more than 3 times in this month. Root cause power outage or team doesn't know. I am fed up. Location Bangalore, thubarahalli

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra can you please have the basic decency of addressing a customer issue who is been frustrated with your support for last 2 years. Your only department that works efficiently is pending payment reminder. Such a disappointment. #Gurgaon #spectra

    Hi @OnSpectra - this is from workplace. We are having some serious trouble with the internet 2318330. We have tried multiple times to get this fix over call but there is no solution we find. Hence please send someone to visit and fix the problem.
