No one resolve our problem they provide only temporary solution not the permanant, we are in Noida sector 58, it's a industrial area and are unable to fulfill a company requirements. It shd be automated & smooth process for customer as they claim service exp. Bt they dont value customer & believe to cheat not retain.

They will say connection will be done in 2 days and no one will respond for 2 weeks. When you request to cancel, they will say amount cannot be refunded @OnSpectra #worstservice
