    @antiitcell @OnSpectra Bro don't purchase spectranet's connection they will make you beg for every problem like internet down, router change, security deposit refund everything. I have experienced their poor service & their customer care service like Ritika is pathetic and even their heads like Manish.

    @OnSpectraCare What a poor customer service and arrogance. You have suspended my internet and asking me to pay though I have not used. All am asking is adjust bill so that I will be pay. You don't seem to be interested. Bye bye @OnSpectra. Am fed up. So moving to a different service provider.

    @OnSpectra - help numebr doesn't conenct. Entire society facing connectivity issues..pathetic, should have switched to Jio. Account profile also changed to someone else's, looks like your entire service is down in Gurgaon?
