No one resolve our problem they provide only temporary solution not the permanant, we are in Noida sector 58, it's a industrial area and are unable to fulfill a company requirements. amit khare (@amitkha26204585) reported@OnSpectra @uditm when we go for connection of Spectra fibre net it is done within 1 day but when you opt for disconnection I am told by your customer care team that it will take 15days and I will have to pay for that 15 days bill also…is this really justified? Why not in 1day?

Their 1800 support is often unavailable, MySpectra becomes unresponsive at the same time, so is the case with their WhatsApp contact.
