    @OnSpectra The most worst wifi connection I have experienced is Spectra...never go for it...too slow...no proper customer care...just a complete rubbish

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Promoting yourself to be the robust internet line doesn’t help. When the users are not even informed about the mass outage which occurred 2 hours back. Raised the ticket only to find my concern will be resolved max by 1 pm tomorrow.

    Do internet service providers need to be called and tracked via phone to fix online service after raising online service request @OnSpectra ? What is the point of raising the issue online then? There is a huge customer support lapse I have faced with this service provider

    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.
