    I want @airtelindia to either solve the problem or publically acknowledge that they cannot provide the similar services as @reliancejio and @OnSpectra I am tired of having to call the technicians or Airtel customer care just for them to come and switch on and off the router.

    @OnSpectra your sevice levels have gone down drastically. I paid for a new connection on Saturday and it's Monday. 2 absolutely rubbish promises made by your sales and installation team. BTW, Iv been your customer since 4 years. @reliancejio Fiber is in my colony. Time to shift

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare hey my internet is not working. Self troubleshooting via app is not working. Not able to raise a SR ticket even thru IVR and support number. What is happening ?Can u expedite handling this incident. Can 197051. And please enable atleast option to raiseSR

    @OnSpectra I have booked for new connection yesterday..and till now connection not installed. What a bad service CRN 2323135And Sales person Mr Shariff told me he can't install today...need one more day time...or else we can process the refund

    @OnSpectra Horrible Services ,Pathetic customer care Why do you take immediate action for a new connection and 20 days for a disconnection ? Why should 1 pay extra for that 20 days ? Where are your ethics on customer support??

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare : Seems getting a connection is fine, but a request to uninstall will get a ghosting. Not sure how and where to connect. REAL BAD @OnSpectra u also joined others in this league
