@OnSpectra Are the Spectra owners and management even aware that one whole society in Mumbai is completely out of service for last many days and the helpdesk is just extending restart time daily? Why this type of insensitive treatment of customers?? Why r u testing our patience?

@OnSpectra very poor customer care service. It’s been 2 months I have discontinued my connection and for my refund amount I have made almost 50 calls in 2 months. But you guys always ask bank details and no further steps.@jagograhakjago @consaff help here please !

@OnSpectra my reactivation request is pending since last 6 days and nobody is able to resolve nor give a proper response. The only response I have got is that you need more time. Sad state of affairs and now it's time for me to change my service provider.

@OnSpectra hi team, I guess you were the best one time and now you don't even bother to take a single request seriously from customer and delay them for 14 days. Please do the needful or else take back your device and don't ask for any payment and any return from your side.
