    @OnSpectra 2/2 it is nt suprising tht u r prompt in asking 4 renewals bt reluctant 2 even help the customer with an escalation id. The latest customer service associate asked me 2 go 2 ur website & figure out the escalation matrix Nt evn 1 support team has reached out @DoT_India

    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience

    Hi @OnSpectra - this is from workplace. We are having some serious trouble with the internet 2318330. We have tried multiple times to get this fix over call but there is no solution we find. Hence please send someone to visit and fix the problem.
