    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    @OnSpectra today I called spectra for a leased line. Some gentleman named Hasan answered. He knew little English and had a listening problem, asking me to repeat. So I hung up. He called back, I said let it be. Can you guys please hire more professional people? Its a charged call

    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.

    @OnSpectra - Poor service since long, need disconnection after using services since years. -Deco router provided to new customer but not me. - data capping is still there not on other carriers - slow speed and no permanent resolution yet. Tired to making complaints too.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Very very poor internet with too many service disruptions. I have to raise a service request every few days. Absolutely pathetic. Will consider shifting to another provider if this continues.

    @OnSpectra what the helpline for wifiscp service? Internet is down a you wifiscp portal does not even have a ticket raising system
