@OnSpectra I recently took a connection and paid for 6months however I’m not finding it feasible to work from home as my office laptop uses a VPN and I get a speed of 3 or 4mbps and I keep des connecting every 5 mins. I want to cancel the service and want a refund

Previous ISP provider as I wasn’t getting disconnected as much as I am getting disconnected with your service. I’m happy to bear any cancellation charge if there may be but I don’t want to bear the complete amount I have paid as a charge @OnSpectra I am hoping someone reaches

@OnSpectra What a horrible Customer Service (A/c No.139851) from Spectra calling at 09.45 pm ODD HOUR a Sr Citizen Customer (Aged 75).Now Spectra lost a very very old customer forever
