    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Support line is not working (line is busy). The complaint is raised from myspectra app but same is not showing up on website. The email is sent at care@ but not getting responded too. Internet is down from yesterday and no way to raise the issue.

    @OnSpectra -I am frustated with the kind of customer service I am getting from your team. They are not able to resolve simple billing issue and I spoke to more then 50+ ppl in last two months and more than 12 SR being created. Even corporate team is not able to help. 😡😡😡😡

    @OnSpectraCare What a poor customer service and arrogance. You have suspended my internet and asking me to pay though I have not used. All am asking is adjust bill so that I will be pay. You don't seem to be interested. Bye bye @OnSpectra. Am fed up. So moving to a different service provider.

    @OnSpectra - help numebr doesn't conenct. Entire society facing connectivity issues..pathetic, should have switched to Jio. Account profile also changed to someone else's, looks like your entire service is down in Gurgaon?

    @OnSpectra I am trying to reactivate my connection Customer ID - 206783 but I am asked to pay due. I have not used the connection. Mine is prepaid. Can there be due for pre-paid ? You are taking 3 days to activate existing connection.Will be forced to switch to a diff provider

    Seems like we are still living in 90's. Trying to search for a faster broadband service in my area (PIN 281006). But there's none :/ C'mon it's not in middle of a Jungle.. @airtelindia @reliancejio @OnSpectra

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Why are you being so incompetent? Why does it take 6 days to sort 'no-internet' issue (client Id 038309)? Utterly frustrated!
