    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare this is nonsense that you'll say, if customer has paid the entire amount in advance for 6 months and you are not providing the proper service & speed you are entitle to refund the amount pending for the remaining period back

    @OnSpectra hi, You have discontinued your services in the area Pimple Saudagar, Pune - 411027 since dated 15th May 2021. That time, I had paid for my half yearly plan from Feb'2021 to Sept'2021. It was told that we will get refund for unused service. I had raise an issue ...1/2
