    Worst customer torcher from @OnSpectra. First they generate a quarter bill and then they send a barred service message. Service team has no clue,utter mismanagement. Fastest internet claim is also absolute hoax. Then service people arrogantly say first make payment then well talk

    If you @OnSpectra can't provide service then pls shut shop. Or give a disclosure to customers during initial application that we are desi company with no processes and systems in place. If we are in good mood we'll help else you're on your own

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare this is nonsense that you'll say, if customer has paid the entire amount in advance for 6 months and you are not providing the proper service & speed you are entitle to refund the amount pending for the remaining period back

    As i already paid for your top up for 80 mbps atleast provide me 40mbos na so that i can do my office work bcz of @Settl_living @OnSpectra @SpectraLife_Inc your worst services I am not suppose to do my office work. As i am in sells department company will mange 1day not everyday.

    Desr @OnSpectra, Really disappointed with your pathetic and constantly interrupted services. Thanks for spoiling my Sunday for not allowing me to watch this big match because of total shut down of services. Very disappointing. This's became a daily affair.  SR22083546449

    @OnSpectra My internet is not working, your helpline is not reachable, and your app is stuck in a loop where it refuses to let me submit a ticket and just keeps cycling between "Troubleshoot" and an error page saying "Oops! Something went wrong." Very poor customer experience.

    @TheDeshBhakt @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Just don't go with excitel. They are the worst. I used excitel for some time because there was no other choice but now I switched to JioFiber and now I am finally relaxed. My advice would be to go with Airtel or Jio

    Then i got mail that i am not suppose to use my personal wifi nd you are using @OnSpectra @life_spectra wifi they are providing worst wifi services you property manger told me yesterday ma'am please top up your plan so i paid for that yesterday i paid for 80mbps.
