    @OnSpectra Internet not working. Your technician marks complaint resolved without even visiting. Either resolve it or I am switching to some other better service provider

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra I just received a reminder call for payment of bill. I just realised that my Bill for quarter is 1549+tax and till last quarter it was 1199+tax. I the checked my mail and did not find any communication. I then called Call Center, it was not working

    .@OnSpectra .@OnSpectraCare Is there any way to talk to your #CustomerService? The number 18001215678 is not reachable since Saturday. I had a word with your associate (Vaibhav) on Thu and Fri last week and was assured a call back, which never came Sad #CustomerExperience

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare The internet is not working and there is no other way to connect with you other than tweeting about it! On the customer care number the call disconnects abruptly and the #MySpectra app sucks

    @OnSpectra SR 22073488140. Struggling past 4 days with ur customer service & support teams. I work from home & hence had taken premium plan for it. Internet is down past 4 days & every time the estimated resolution time extended by 6 hrs as it nears the given time. 1/2

    @OnSpectra @WBAlliance @uditm You need to fix your service my inrmternet has not been working for 2 days and the service requests I raise keep getting closed saying that is issue is fixed it is causing a lot of inconvenience the new SR has the resolution time for tomorrow. This is utterly disappointing.

    @OnSpectra what the helpline for wifiscp service? Internet is down a you wifiscp portal does not even have a ticket raising system
