  @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra I just received a reminder call for payment of bill. I just realised that my Bill for quarter is 1549+tax and till last quarter it was 1199+tax. I the checked my mail and did not find any communication. I then called Call Center, it was not working

  I am a resident of Gurugram and on Saturday I had placed a request with @OnSpectra to password change. They have an estimate time of 2 days to help me with it. And now they have closed the request without resolution. #Poorcustomerservice #SPECTRA

  @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!
