  @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra I just received a reminder call for payment of bill. I just realised that my Bill for quarter is 1549+tax and till last quarter it was 1199+tax. I the checked my mail and did not find any communication. I then called Call Center, it was not working

  @OnSpectra - help numebr doesn't conenct. Entire society facing connectivity issues..pathetic, should have switched to Jio. Account profile also changed to someone else's, looks like your entire service is down in Gurgaon?

  @OnSpectra Your customer support is really pathetic. This is really worst customer service which I am getting from you. I raised a refund ticket on 26th Dec 2020 and it's not completed yet. I called to customer care many time, Everytime they are saying ticket is in progress.

  @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra @jagograhakjago How will you revive demand in the country when there are such companies which operate on a loot model. Dupe customer for a 7 month plan and only provide services for 2 months.

  @OnSpectra Your services have deteriorated very fast .Your promised 1 Gbps promised speed is down to 2 Mbps with frequent disconnections.I have got @Airtel_Presence now.and it's so much better at half the price.

  @OnSpectra Your service ethic is a sham. I have been trying to get my service account reactivated for the last 5 days and all I get is a fake assurance that the matter will be resolved soon. I'm not just a dissatisfied customer but someone who fails to understand how you work.
