    I guess the most painful torture one can inflict upon oneself is to subscribe to @OnSpectra . Most pathetic service provider of the millennium.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra I just received a reminder call for payment of bill. I just realised that my Bill for quarter is 1549+tax and till last quarter it was 1199+tax. I the checked my mail and did not find any communication. I then called Call Center, it was not working

    @OnSpectra Internet not working. Your technician marks complaint resolved without even visiting. Either resolve it or I am switching to some other better service provider

    .@OnSpectra .@OnSpectraCare Is there any way to talk to your #CustomerService? The number 18001215678 is not reachable since Saturday. I had a word with your associate (Vaibhav) on Thu and Fri last week and was assured a call back, which never came Sad #CustomerExperience

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare The internet is not working and there is no other way to connect with you other than tweeting about it! On the customer care number the call disconnects abruptly and the #MySpectra app sucks

    @OnSpectra your sevice levels have gone down drastically. I paid for a new connection on Saturday and it's Monday. 2 absolutely rubbish promises made by your sales and installation team. BTW, Iv been your customer since 4 years. @reliancejio Fiber is in my colony. Time to shift

    @OnSpectra @uditm when we go for connection of Spectra fibre net it is done within 1 day but when you opt for disconnection I am told by your customer care team that it will take 15days and I will have to pay for that 15 days bill also…is this really justified? Why not in 1day?

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(
