Anish Malik (@AnishMa05606450) reported@OnSpectra Such a hassle in retrieving the security deposit.Called customer care multiple times but I get no definite answer.If you charge penalty for payments made after due date, for sure customers should be provided the extra amount for delay in providing the security amount.

Rohit Tirkey (@rohit_ty) reported@OnSpectra We had applied for our connection few days back. Your engineers haven't showed up after multiple promises. Neither of your team member has any track or clue about the installation status. If you can't keep up to your timelines, never promise a customer.
