    @OnSpectra Internet not working. Your technician marks complaint resolved without even visiting. Either resolve it or I am switching to some other better service provider

    I guess the most painful torture one can inflict upon oneself is to subscribe to @OnSpectra . Most pathetic service provider of the millennium.

    .@OnSpectra .@OnSpectraCare Is there any way to talk to your #CustomerService? The number 18001215678 is not reachable since Saturday. I had a word with your associate (Vaibhav) on Thu and Fri last week and was assured a call back, which never came Sad #CustomerExperience

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra I just received a reminder call for payment of bill. I just realised that my Bill for quarter is 1549+tax and till last quarter it was 1199+tax. I the checked my mail and did not find any communication. I then called Call Center, it was not working

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare The internet is not working and there is no other way to connect with you other than tweeting about it! On the customer care number the call disconnects abruptly and the #MySpectra app sucks

    @TRAI @OnSpectra Please make sure not to cheat customer every day you have issues @TRAI please have a look for this service provider .Every often they do service interption without prior info .Which hampers for day to day routines.

    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    @OnSpectra @WBAlliance @uditm You need to fix your service my inrmternet has not been working for 2 days and the service requests I raise keep getting closed saying that is issue is fixed it is causing a lot of inconvenience the new SR has the resolution time for tomorrow. This is utterly disappointing.
