    @uditm @OnSpectra @PMOIndia .Opportunistic Spectranet at the time of this National Crisis when from Govt to Pvt Banks offering relief asking a Customer (A/c.No 139851) to pay Qtly instead of Yly of Rs 8066/ to pay Rs 3226/ Quarterly a 42% increase

    @OnSpectra My wifi has not been working since days. No one picks up your customer care number. I have a 1 gbps pack and despite of that I barely get a speed of 2mbps. Spectra has the worst services. I will never recommend anyone to get it. Send someone to fix the wifi ASAP.

    @airtelindia why are new customers being required to pay activation charges before installation of broadband service @Airtel_Presence Your competition like @reliancejio and @OnSpectra come for installation and testing before asking for payment #wtf

    @OnSpectra @minister of communication.Spectranet should be ASHAMED to send reminders daily to a Customer(A/cNo.139851) pay Rs8066/ yearly charges when Customer requested them for Quarterly payment of Rs2020/ but even Cos top management is silent

    What a useless company @OnSpectra you are. Every month I have to complain about the wifi connection even after having the best package. Shut down the company if you can’t provide the service.

    @OnSpectra Hi my plan has been changed without my consent. I have been put on a monthly plan, when I used to pay every 6 months. I have even raised a service ticket but did not hear any thing - SR20062565910. My client id is 205139.

    Internet still down, @OnSpectra SR at 11.58. Technician lead Delhi says he had no idea so he never checked online for the request took my call made excuses - SR22073488614. Problem not resolved or addressed. Not the first time work from home interrupted by internet lapse

    @OnSpectra you are worst. Customer id- 187664. SLA was 48 hours as it was internal shifting and still you guys are making fool and not sending guy. I would like to close my all the four connection if you can’t do shifting today.

    @uditm I met with Mr Sumit Mishra escalation lead for buss cux. Trust me he is gem in your com . Rest fool us . He was working on my issue for 6 hrs going out of the box in night .spectra is losing customers you know it . Tip —Hire more like Sumit @OnSpectra

    @OnSpectra such a horrible service. My internet is down for more than 24 hrs and inspite of multiple follow ups no help. I think I would need to file a legal complain

    @OnSpectra 2/2 it is nt suprising tht u r prompt in asking 4 renewals bt reluctant 2 even help the customer with an escalation id. The latest customer service associate asked me 2 go 2 ur website & figure out the escalation matrix Nt evn 1 support team has reached out @DoT_India

    @OnSpectra it's been 18 hrs and the Internet is still down. When jio was down for a few hours they had compensated their users. How are you going to compensate me for this? Resolution time is 6pm today (apparently). Almost 22 hrs no Internet.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Very very poor internet with too many service disruptions. I have to raise a service request every few days. Absolutely pathetic. Will consider shifting to another provider if this continues.
