Latest ticket raised today is SR# SR21043001035. Looks like I need to switch to @airtelindia or @HathwayBrdband .

Customer care doesn't help, no response on email. Don't know what to do. Never getting a connection from Spectra again in my whole life.🤬

Please do the needful or else take back your device and don't ask for any payment and any return from your side.

Paying for 100 MBPS plan from last 4 months and getting 50 MBPS service as confirmed by the engineer (associated group: sterlite) Had a recorded con call with customer service and the engineer. Chasing from last 2 days now.
