  @OnSpectra very poor customer care service. It’s been 2 months I have discontinued my connection and for my refund amount I have made almost 50 calls in 2 months. But you guys always ask bank details and no further steps.@jagograhakjago @consaff help here please !

  @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra I see you guys are closing old service requests as resolved and opening new requests. Ultimately customer's issue is not resolved but you have 6 tickets as resolved in your service performance stats.

  What a company …. @ACTFibernet in today times when internet not working Airtel and @OnSpectra giving 3 hours service , @ACTFibernet says 24 hours ….. will never recommend

  @OnSpectra poor suport that too for installation! Sent all docs on Saturday and till date the person is delaying! Strange, who can expect a good after sales support! Leaving spectra without even trying!
