    @OnSpectra I paid amount on 19th Feb and they committed to install the internet on 20th Feb morning. Still installation not done and ur local executive not picking the call. Request you to cancel the order and initiate the refund. I have multiple options to choose.

    @uditm @OnSpectra Same issue again. Wifi not working. Why a temporary solution is provided every time? How many times should we raise a complaint. Tell us clearly if you guys will be able to provide the service or not. Because this is not tolerable.

    @OnSpectra You guys give connection within 2 days, but when there is a need of disconnection, you take months and still charge to customer. Is it not unethical and crime from consumer point of view? @ConsumerCom

    @OnSpectra It's a frad company guys please don't go for it and even don't think about it. Even after 1 year my security deposit not refunded and they collected router also. Worst experience ever...

    @OnSpectra We had applied for our connection few days back. Your engineers haven't showed up after multiple promises. Neither of your team member has any track or clue about the installation status. If you can't keep up to your timelines, never promise a customer.
