    Hi @OnSpectra @Spectre_net I have been raising solution request that my internet is down since 1pm IST today with complaint no - SR23043831986 and SR23033807547 and the issue has not been resolved in 7.5 hours and original estimated time was 4 hours #internetdown

    @OnSpectra why your internet have always issue in bangalore ?.Every day needs to call spectra customer care .This type of service is not excepted. Simply cheating .

    @TheDeshBhakt @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Just don't go with excitel. They are the worst. I used excitel for some time because there was no other choice but now I switched to JioFiber and now I am finally relaxed. My advice would be to go with Airtel or Jio

    Do internet service providers need to be called and tracked via phone to fix online service after raising online service request @OnSpectra ? What is the point of raising the issue online then? There is a huge customer support lapse I have faced with this service provider

    @OnSpectra Facing Internet speed issue and frequent internet disconntion since August month, multiple follow ups but no resolution however no network since yesterday. Connection Number - 90956562
