    @OnSpectra I paid 7073 for new connection on 16 May. Not done yet. Poor response from salesperson, customer service and email support. Filed service request SR22053420895. No use at all. Return my hard earned money or declare that you can't do and keep my money.

    @TheDeshBhakt @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare I paid or rather kept paying for Spectra for an year without service. First of all their service was pathetic for the lack of better words, they couldn’t withstand the wrath of the Internet Mafia in BLR 😬

    Internet still down, @OnSpectra SR at 11.58. Technician lead Delhi says he had no idea so he never checked online for the request took my call made excuses - SR22073488614. Problem not resolved or addressed. Not the first time work from home interrupted by internet lapse

    @OnSpectra my internet is disconnected and you sent me a wrong bill for payment. On raising tickets, no response since 5 days. This is the level of your service

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

    @OnSpectra worst device management system I have ever seen in a Wifi provider. I have 5 decides available even two simultaneous fails to connect. Never go @OnSpectra

    @OnSpectra Worst service. Fibre Internet goes off when you are in meeting, business loss. Happened more than 3 times in this month. Root cause power outage or team doesn't know. I am fed up. Location Bangalore, thubarahalli

    @OnSpectra Spectra net is the worst connection you could get for gaming. The ping goes beyond 1000 and 200+ is normal even for 200 Mbps connections. Stay away
