@RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience

Spectra internet service is the worst in Bangalore. Never pay advance to them for a new connection. They will say connection will be done in 2 days and no one will respond for 2 weeks. When you request to cancel, they will say amount cannot be refunded @OnSpectra #worstservice

@OnSpectra , can you restore my internet connection please? Have paid the bill. P. S: Can you have email reminders or even smses for bill payment? Incessant calling on work days and then cutting the connection off doesn't seem very customer friendly.
