  @OnSpectra Your customer support is really pathetic. This is really worst customer service which I am getting from you. I raised a refund ticket on 26th Dec 2020 and it's not completed yet. I called to customer care many time, Everytime they are saying ticket is in progress.

  @OnSpectra - help numebr doesn't conenct. Entire society facing connectivity issues..pathetic, should have switched to Jio. Account profile also changed to someone else's, looks like your entire service is down in Gurgaon?

  @OnSpectra Your service ethic is a sham. I have been trying to get my service account reactivated for the last 5 days and all I get is a fake assurance that the matter will be resolved soon. I'm not just a dissatisfied customer but someone who fails to understand how you work.
