    I am a resident of Gurugram and on Saturday I had placed a request with @OnSpectra to password change. They have an estimate time of 2 days to help me with it. And now they have closed the request without resolution. #Poorcustomerservice #SPECTRA

    @OnSpectra It has been 4 days with No Internet at work. If you cannot resolve issue then be clear with it. Why do we pay for not getting any services?

    @OnSpectra Worst service. Fibre Internet goes off when you are in meeting, business loss. Happened more than 3 times in this month. Root cause power outage or team doesn't know. I am fed up. Location Bangalore, thubarahalli

    @OnSpectra used ur services for about 5 years with the most premium plan & face a bizarre situation while disconnection request today.Being told 15 days as hold time for disconnection is the most bizarre thing I've heard. Might have to pay a few bucks xtra but never returning!!

    @OnSpectra Your fibre service sucks! You have billed me even for downtimes. My account id 230210. Fed-up and Disconnecting now with your services. SR open since 30 Jan 2023.

    @OnSpectra My connection disconnected on 25th Jan 2022. My deposit yet to be refunded despite numerous followup. Customer service at its worst. Looks like there is no intention to refund.
