    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Dear Customer,the expected time of resolution for the temporary connectivity issue in your area has been extended to 04/01/2020 12:00 PM.We regret the inconvenience caused. Team Spectra. As I said every day etr increase by couple of hours.

    @OnSpectra you are worst. Customer id- 187664. SLA was 48 hours as it was internal shifting and still you guys are making fool and not sending guy. I would like to close my all the four connection if you can’t do shifting today.

    @OnSpectra @uditm A/c No.139851 of Spectranet harassing their Sr Citizens Customer since number of years to make yearly payment of Rs8066/ instead of Quarterly as requested by mails,instagram,tweets messages but till few minutes back got call,message,mails

    @OnSpectra one of the worst customer support. Requested for deactivation 30 days back. No one is responded till now ! Customer care tells we will update back and give a call. No one cares.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare @anupam_sriv Hope you understand customer frustration here...when your team is just playing tennis ball game...if the set up is not ready why you are taking connection request..there r other vendor who provide it in hrs... pathetic state of service...
