    @OnSpectra used ur services for about 5 years with the most premium plan & face a bizarre situation while disconnection request today.Being told 15 days as hold time for disconnection is the most bizarre thing I've heard. Might have to pay a few bucks xtra but never returning!!

    @OnSpectra our fortinet devices adapter is not working from 25/3 and as on today we have not got a replaced adapter .Your team is still searching for it . This is the silliest reason we have heard from any service provider. Our local service provider give better services than you

    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    @OnSpectra It has been 4 days with No Internet at work. If you cannot resolve issue then be clear with it. Why do we pay for not getting any services?

    @OnSpectra already cancelled my connection. Returned modem and all dues were cleared. Why am I still getting email and sms about service request. SR22063438371. I didn't raise it. Is this fraud from Spectra. @jagograhakjago
