    @OnSpectra Internet not working. Your technician marks complaint resolved without even visiting. Either resolve it or I am switching to some other better service provider

    @OnSpectra , can you restore my internet connection please? Have paid the bill. P. S: Can you have email reminders or even smses for bill payment? Incessant calling on work days and then cutting the connection off doesn't seem very customer friendly.

    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.
