    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience

    Impressed with @OnSpectra .. the service guy came in 30 min from when the request was raised .. the other service provider is still sitting on a request after 48 hours!

    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(
