    I’ve had the worst experience with @OnSpectra. It’s been 4 days and the team hasn’t been able to reactivate my account. First of all, I don’t know why it was deactivated if my payment was done. I’m switching. Any suggestions for Internet service providers in #EastOfKailash?

    Hey @OnSpectra really horrible service. Internet not restored even after the scheduled time provided by you. Your helpline person keeps giving false assurance that it’ll be fixed soon. Happens every single time. This is just exceptionally bad

    @OnSpectra Don't try to settle issues thro private messages. Do the root cause analysis and settle the issue permanently. Dont let me go for service providers who can control their instruments from mice attack. Jio or airtel customers in building nvr hv issues

    @OnSpectra -- you truly have a team of incompetent, call center/ query resolver. People are clueless how to expedite simple issue. There are parallel chain of actions one chasing north, while other south. And customer is getting both messages, truly indicates, no processes exist

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare team is there an update on my refund. Have not received any update. Does it takes so much time( more than 2 months) to process refunds. Seems you are working in 1950’s era to return customer’s money. @uditm running a company or a joke?

    @OnSpectra Have been trying to get the internet fixed sicne yesterday 5 pm, your service guys claimed it to be fixed by 6 today , they havent come to fix it yet, have stopped picking my calls and extended the time to 10:30 today. KIndly tell your guys to fix it asap.

    @OnSpectraCare @DoT_India please see, there is no existence of customer service at @OnSpectra They only copy paste standard comments without looking at what is the query. They are not returning my security deposit and charging me 15 days of extra bill.

    @OnSpectra #MakeLifeHorrible Anyone planning to switch to this provider here's a warning.. They make you pay up in advance and take forever for installation. They don't pick or return your calls. You need to keep running behind them for updates. Customer service is negative
