    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    @OnSpectra pathetic service by u. In last 10 days this is 2nd times wen ur link is down nd now tat is also increased from 2hrs to 12 hrs.😢

    @OnSpectra Your fibre service sucks! You have billed me even for downtimes. My account id 230210. Fed-up and Disconnecting now with your services. SR open since 30 Jan 2023.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare hey my internet is not working. Self troubleshooting via app is not working. Not able to raise a SR ticket even thru IVR and support number. What is happening ?Can u expedite handling this incident. Can 197051. And please enable atleast option to raiseSR

    @OnSpectra The most worst wifi connection I have experienced is Spectra...never go for it...too slow...no proper customer care...just a complete rubbish

    @OnSpectra frequent internet outages in Gurgaon and unable to log a ticket through self help app as well. Been in a queue to speak with customer service rep for more than 5 mins. Not sure what kind of service we are paying for?!
