    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare I spoke to the manager Mr. Pramod Kumar he told me that I'll get a call for resolution. I've been coordinating with him for last 3 days. . . no one called. He told me my complained has been closed. How os that even possible?

    @OnSpectra The most worst wifi connection I have experienced is Spectra...never go for it...too slow...no proper customer care...just a complete rubbish

    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.

    @OnSpectra please let me know the resolution time on SR22073509570. At the drop of water the link goes down. Helpline disconnects you without being able to speak to anyone. 2nd time in 3days that link is down for hours. Are we in a primitive age?

    @TheDeshBhakt @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare All are same. Using ACT fiber for some time. Nothing exciting about performance. Had DEN earlier. Good initially. Horrible thereafter. Airtel is not able to lay their fiber net line in our lane. Not enough customers they say. Jio also has complains. Some friends in CR Park use.

    @OnSpectra pathetic service by u. In last 10 days this is 2nd times wen ur link is down nd now tat is also increased from 2hrs to 12 hrs.😢

    @OnSpectra terribly slow speed since yesterday in addition to frequent disconnection....no response from the service team ...planning to disconnect the services if no resolution..
