    I am a resident of Gurugram and on Saturday I had placed a request with @OnSpectra to password change. They have an estimate time of 2 days to help me with it. And now they have closed the request without resolution. #Poorcustomerservice #SPECTRA

    @OnSpectra , can you restore my internet connection please? Have paid the bill. P. S: Can you have email reminders or even smses for bill payment? Incessant calling on work days and then cutting the connection off doesn't seem very customer friendly.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare I spoke to the manager Mr. Pramod Kumar he told me that I'll get a call for resolution. I've been coordinating with him for last 3 days. . . no one called. He told me my complained has been closed. How os that even possible?

    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.
