    @OnSpectra our fortinet devices adapter is not working from 25/3 and as on today we have not got a replaced adapter .Your team is still searching for it . This is the silliest reason we have heard from any service provider. Our local service provider give better services than you

    @OnSpectra - Poor service since long, need disconnection after using services since years. -Deco router provided to new customer but not me. - data capping is still there not on other carriers - slow speed and no permanent resolution yet. Tired to making complaints too.

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!
