    @OnSpectra hi team, I guess you were the best one time and now you don't even bother to take a single request seriously from customer and delay them for 14 days. Please do the needful or else take back your device and don't ask for any payment and any return from your side.

    @OnSpectra - Pathetic service in HSR layout Bangalore. I have raised over 5-6 tickets for frequently disconnection in a week and still not received a solution. Latest ticket raised today is SR# SR21043001035. Looks like I need to switch to @airtelindia or @HathwayBrdband .

    There is a local internet service provider who has charged rs1500 for only 30mbs P/M. It is a humble request that all broadband servicers extent their services in our area Pincode "110072" we have a huge need for internet for job work and studies. @OnSpectra @airtelindia

    @OnSpectra I am frustrated after talking to customer care, I called on 27th feb asking about the process to cancel the subscription and I have been tod that since I have prepaid plan so don't need to do anything and don't pay in next billing cycle. My account no 169608.

    Several times in a day @OnSpectra @uditm Internet connection collapse. Again I am facing the same problem. Please Fix it with some stability.

    @uditm @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare No resolution provided yet.. This feels like cheated when paying for a 100 MBPS plan and the technology support (sterlite) is only providing 50 MBPS speed from last 4 months..

    @OnSpectra Worst services I have ever faced...you guys always claimed that you are best internet service provider but I did not feel like that I am using your services too long....but whenever I have to communicate your customer care....it feel like......worse experience ever

    I have been having problem with SPECTRA Billing for last 4 months. @OnSpectra is very unprofessional and irresponsible. I would suggest the New Customer should avoid them.
