    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare @uditm Will you be able to provide uninterrupted service for at least one day? Frequent interruptions or network downs have become so common these days. This has been happening since last many weeks and al we see is CRM message of mass outage in my area!

    I have been having problem with SPECTRA Billing for last 4 months. @OnSpectra is very unprofessional and irresponsible. I would suggest the New Customer should avoid them.

    @OnSpectra I am frustrated after talking to customer care, I called on 27th feb asking about the process to cancel the subscription and I have been tod that since I have prepaid plan so don't need to do anything and don't pay in next billing cycle. My account no 169608.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare One of the worst internet providers in Bangalore. Freq service disruptions and customer service needs at least 15 days for resolution and it wont even happen in that time. save urself look for other providers.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare : The incompetent Internet service Provider. My internet is not working for last 3 days. And I haven't seen such a pathetic & fraudulent team. Just to get your service numbers right, you are deliberating closing my requests & I have to complain again.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Deposit Not Refunded I had disconnected my connection in December and returned my devices by end of Jan 28th. But I have not received my refundable deposit yet despite calling and emailing the Customer Support n number of times.

    @OnSpectra whatever may your reasons acquiring a customer with a false promise is incorrect and unethical. I have resigned on the three month amount paid to Spectra. And I'm future will exercise caution with such companies and go for something more standard such as airtel.
