    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Please come home after 20th April and collect your modem. You may keep the 3 months amount you've taken. I hope you get rich with it. Kindly dont confuse & irritate me with one assurance on phone & the opposite stance over email. Nightmarish customer service. Unethical company.

    @OnSpectra Getting a new connection takes a day or two. Disconnecting TAKES A MONTH!! SUCH POOR SERVICE. WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 6 YEARS. JUST RULES TO MINT MONEY. PATHETIC!!!!!!

    @uditm @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare No resolution provided yet.. This feels like cheated when paying for a 100 MBPS plan and the technology support (sterlite) is only providing 50 MBPS speed from last 4 months..

    @OnSpectra Worst services I have ever faced...you guys always claimed that you are best internet service provider but I did not feel like that I am using your services too long....but whenever I have to communicate your customer care....it feel like......worse experience ever

    @OnSpectra I am frustrated after talking to customer care, I called on 27th feb asking about the process to cancel the subscription and I have been tod that since I have prepaid plan so don't need to do anything and don't pay in next billing cycle. My account no 169608.

    I have been having problem with SPECTRA Billing for last 4 months. @OnSpectra is very unprofessional and irresponsible. I would suggest the New Customer should avoid them.

    @OnSpectra whatever may your reasons acquiring a customer with a false promise is incorrect and unethical. I have resigned on the three month amount paid to Spectra. And I'm future will exercise caution with such companies and go for something more standard such as airtel.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Deposit Not Refunded I had disconnected my connection in December and returned my devices by end of Jan 28th. But I have not received my refundable deposit yet despite calling and emailing the Customer Support n number of times.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Pathetic response while trying to get the deposit refunded. Calling spectra does not help at all. Trying for the past 3 months and everytime they reply that we are working on it. They just raise a service request and resolve it with no action whatsoever

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Spectra Account ID 019455, raised atleast 20 tickets for issues. All tickets closed,without resolution. Third class and super unprofessional. You should be ashamed to even have an handle named Onspectracare, as its useless. Worst.
