    @OnSpectra the issue number SR23023741274 was never resolved and you on your website have marked it as RESOLVED...why do companies like you even exist ....because you fool customers by providing BOT activated services which are PATHETIC as is the internet connection

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    Hi @OnSpectra - this is from workplace. We are having some serious trouble with the internet 2318330. We have tried multiple times to get this fix over call but there is no solution we find. Hence please send someone to visit and fix the problem.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare this is nonsense that you'll say, if customer has paid the entire amount in advance for 6 months and you are not providing the proper service & speed you are entitle to refund the amount pending for the remaining period back

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Very very poor internet with too many service disruptions. I have to raise a service request every few days. Absolutely pathetic. Will consider shifting to another provider if this continues.

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience
