@hailschumi @OnSpectra Agree. I was supposed to get a new connection last Saturday and paid up promptly. On Saturday, the team coolly tell me that because I have an existing connection, they cannot install Spectra. Issued a service request, which was marked as completed, tho nothing had been done😡🤬
