    I have been speaking to Dinesh who is responsible for the Chittaranjan Park area @OnSpectra and have shared details of my internet challenges and screenshots of the router. His team said the issue is a power surge on the Spectra line that they have to address.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare : Seems getting a connection is fine, but a request to uninstall will get a ghosting. Not sure how and where to connect. REAL BAD @OnSpectra u also joined others in this league

    Impressed with @OnSpectra .. the service guy came in 30 min from when the request was raised .. the other service provider is still sitting on a request after 48 hours!

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!
