  @OnSpectra internet down on a Monday, two work from home adults and two e learning kids on standby. The adults can use the phone internet but the kids can't. Please fix asap.

  @OnSpectra After the long standing debacle they seem to have just made it worse. I Keep having to explain what a Internet is to spectra and try to find newer ways to loop holes in their system to fix the problem myself. At this point this this feel like the deliberate than incompetence.

  @OnSpectra worst internet service 5-10% packetloss constant, all they do is speedtest and say its all fine headass so ******
