    @salonimalhotra @OnSpectra I guess you are right. Maybe it’s the area. They aren’t even acknowledging and keep pushing the resolution time. Extremely inconvenient.

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    @OnSpectra our fortinet devices adapter is not working from 25/3 and as on today we have not got a replaced adapter .Your team is still searching for it . This is the silliest reason we have heard from any service provider. Our local service provider give better services than you

    @OnSpectra my office Internet isn’t working for a few days. Your app runs closes while troubleshooting, CC no doesn’t help. Wrote an email but no response. This isn’t the first time, it happens almost every month. I’m paying 24k annually. Pls sort this out.

    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience

    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.

    @OnSpectra its been more than 48 hours your services have been down in Gurgaon. I have been reaching out to your customer care and they have been just closing my service requests to keep resolution TAT in check. What a pathetic service. Looks like need to switch to @airtelindia
