    @tatadocomo @TRAI I have been you customer for more than 15 yrs. Back month you disconnected my landline phone without prior intimation. Now I am getting more than 10-15 call per day about bill payment. You should apologize for mental torture and clear all dues

    @tatadocomo your team is filled with inefficient people. payment done on 12th October and all proofs of payment have been sent. Even then , your team has kept our internet disconnected because they are not being able to trace the payment. Please connect. Urgent. #tatadocomo #help

    Stop harrassing customers! @TataTeleBiz @tatadocomo Have a broadband connection since 8+ years, payment is made thru a standing instruction on card acct well before due date but still your cust support guys repeatedly call asking for payment! Every mth! Even before the due date!

    @TataTeleBiz @TataTelCustCare @tatadocomo I was today informed that the copper wire has been eaten by a rat and hence I am not having internet for three days! Company like Tata does not even take into consideration of such issues??? I am unable to work because of a stupid rat?
