    @tatadocomo I am having trouble with internet connectivity since 9th May. It's a whole week. I have raised complain daily and was assured to be resolved within 24 hrs. But Customer care doesn't care #BooTata Complain No-605066219 it's like head-on to wall. #shameTata

    @tatadocomo @TataDocomotseva @TataTelCustCare @tatatelebb by bill payment date us missed by a few days and I get “Service Interruption Caution”. What about the open Complaints ,of Phone not working and Internet not getting commuted speed, unresolved since December.

    @kulpersonality @tatadocomo this a same story with every service provider these days. whether it's telecom or bank. when you want a connection or account they'll come to your house but when you want it to be disconnected then they're least availble and ask you to pay for the services you didn't use.

    @tatadocomo I had got my broadband connection disconnected on 24 March. Despite that bills for payment till June is being forwarded. Also the service stops within two weeks, despite that demand for non use of services is being made for 3 months @TataCompanies
