    @tatadocomo It’s been 5 days since your broadband phone lines have been down in Newtown Kolkata area. Your tech staff informs that they do not hv govt permission for repairs!! Getting pushed to consider new kid on the block..

    @tatadocomo pls see there has been no response from your end - Tata Tele Account Number / Circuit Id:991563511 I have signed up for a plan of 40mbps, my billing cycle is from the 1st of every month I am getting a speed of less than 1mbps.Complaint raised ..!!

    @tatadocomo the internet services offered in my area in Pune continue to be down for last 5 days. It's ironical that you have custom reps. who start harassing customers for payments 1 week prior to the due date and yet no customer rep is calling me to solve the issue #tatadocomo

    @tatadocomo @RNTata2000 @TataTeleBiz was a loyal customer to TATA services for nearly 2 yrs without payment delays. Without proper analysis and response, notice was sent to attend Pune court. Unnecessarily creating mental pressure on me for Rs 2700/- for unused service.

    @tatadocomo Then I got a mail that rent agreement accepted but ID proof not provided. Then I sent ID proof again, to which ibgot a mail address don't match. This has been going on for over a week. How will my permanent address match my rent address?worst service provider.

    @airtelindia myself shanmugasundaram M using my old sim as my sim but tatadocomo number now showing airtel and connection also in the ne of another person can i change this to my name and change my network to airtel 4g

    @RNTata2000 @tatadocomo @MoitOfficial - #Docomo call centre says if you connect 4 -5 mobile with broadband your internet speed will go down. Is it so true ???? Sirji - Really either technology is lagging or your people are with lack of knowledge. They're not concern abt customer

    A/c no 7911007956. Field engineer not able to resolve the issue and pointing fault of wire at customer end. Totally bakwas field engineer of TATA. Don't take broadband @tatadocomo @RNTata2000
