    @karanchadda45 @tatadocomo @JioCare Jio has been serving well with 150 mbps. Its just that their new router isnt up to the mark. After my complaint its back to normal👍🏻

    @tataplayfiber @tatadocomo @tata_comm Never imagined that TATA will give such a bad service. Since 3 months with more then 5 complains, we are still facing Internet issues. It seems Tata does not have any permanent Solution for frequent disconnection of Internet.

    @tatadocomo Pathetic service provider. I raised a shifting request over a week ago. As my new place is rented, I gave my aadhar card as ID and address proof. Then I was told my address proof should match new place but ID proof accepted. So I gave my rental agreement.

    @reshma_alam9 Ok,in other words you want it in Vodafone-Idea-TataDocomo-BSNL model where they give you sim card with literally no range, pathetic customer service, frequent call drops and high deta n call price.

    @tatadocomo @TataTeleBiz @TataTelCustCare the speed of the broadband network is so bad that my wife is unable to complete a school teaching period properly. Could you please do something such that Atleast the school kids don't suffer?

    @tatadocomo most pathetic connection..internet line is disrupted since 15days but there is no one to take action..terrible situation.

    @tatadocomo The worst customer care! They make you interact with an automated bot which disconnects the call as per its convenience.. Consistently! I called to discontinue my internet connection and there seems to be no easy way to do so! But I keep getting charged monthly still!
