@ViCustomerCare it looks like server issues from your side. i generally use vi mobile data only when i am outside or i am not connected to my Wi-Fi. But if i face this type of issues frequently, i have to port to another network.

Hi @ViCustomerCare Why is the internet speed so low when using your services compared to others? You guys are selling packs as "unlimited internet" but the speed is so slow that no one can use it properly.I have filed multiple complaints, but there has still been no resolution.
