    @ViCustomerCare Hi Shree, I did manage to get my sim back but had to make two visits for it. I've got the employee name who said I can't get my sim in prepaid and on my 2nd visit denied me service as i entered the store at 19:03. I'd really like a callback to report the behaviour and experience.

    @ViCustomerCare You people are worst in customer welfare. You people just want that customers to recharge as High as you demand. Tell me now i am unable to send reset pin sms for ATM card from my father's mobile number? Just because he is recharging your companies lowest recharge.
