    @ViCustomerCare I placed a port request on 27/07/21 from airtel to VI and paid plan amount in advance via online mode. But it’s very disappointing to me that till now I didn’t get the sim delivery Now I got information from representative that this order is canceled. Poor service

    @ViCustomerCare I have RS 12.79 balance in my vi account but I'm unable to send text massage. so I make call to your customer call centre but your employees rudely behave and hold my call for 49 minutes for no reason. this is my vi number : 9558287992 kindly check otherwise i left your company
