Requesting refund/reversal since the recharge amount was deducted but the service is still unusable.

Pls note that the problem occurred in VI APP where I chose profile of 81xxxxxx41 but at time of recharge it got automatically changed to default profile number of 91xxxxxx93. Its problem at your APP end.
