I even sent someone to a Vi Store, where I was told that the issue was happening because my prepaid balance was low. Based on their advice, I did an additional ₹200 recharge, and I already had around ₹170 balance.

I’m suddenly unable to receive important SMS/OTPs in the UK due to a Vi International Roaming policy change that apparently went live on 20 Aug. How can customers be expected to recharge when even banking OTPs and other critical SMS
