    @BloggerBrainss @ViCustomerCare Call that number and tell them to recharge yours. Vi hasn't done any scam here. Ask them if they can help, if not, call the number instead.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Instead of solving the issue, Vi is questioning customer credibility. I recharged based on offer shown in Vi App. That's Vi's system failure, not customer fraud. If you can't trust customers, how can customers trust Vi? Resolve my ₹199 complaint. #TRAI

    What a bad service Vi! My dad got his intl roaming pack recharged from india for Scotland and yet it has been 2 days there is no network in his phone. He is struggling like hell and your customer service team does not even care. @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK

    The support from @ViCustomerCare amazed me today. I have been on and off Vodafone user since 2008 but it was never my primary number as the customer care was very poor up until few years ago. But now I can see that they have totally revamped their customer service and it’s way better than @JioCare or @Airtel_Presence . I raised an issue yesterday night and they started working on it immediately. By today evening, my concern was resolved. Less than 24 hours!!! Airtel customer care used to be best in class but now it’s just formality. Jio never learned a thing or two about customer support. But Vi has came a long way and right now best in class.👍🏻

    @ViCustomerCare Manager or even a person who could speak and understand English. I told him that I am recording this call and would post this online but he was least bothered and then again transferred me the IVR. If this is the kind of service you have stooped down to then no wonder you're in

    @ViCustomerCare you guys cheating customers in the name of daily plans for internet. Had recharged yesterday & today but with no internet services. Tried calling your customer care but of no use. Strict action should be taken against them @DoT_India
