Vodafone store is asking 3000rs penalty to change the plan, they dont have anything to do with my complaint.. I am only left with option to Break the sim take other networks number and enjoy.

Atleast maintain the uptime of the existing sites in the area. Conditions are worse on weekends. O&M team didn't even bother to restore the down sites.
