    @ViCustomerCare @Vodafone @VIcustomercare Solution is not to deploy another new site. Atleast maintain the uptime of the existing sites in the area. Conditions are worse on weekends. O&M team didn't even bother to restore the down sites.

    Hi,@ViCustomerCare You are turning out to be my worst experience, today again got an issue which is of no incoming, no outgoing and no internet connection. I have an active recharge 5G pack of 2 months and checked everything it's all okay. Pls look into it. #Vi #customerservice

    @ViCustomerCare 🥵 Experiences like this are the reason people are moving away from VI in the telecom world. Recharge failed 2 times, money debited both times, no proper help from 199 customer care, and customers are left stressed for basic services like OTP access. Now I’m even
