    Dear @VodafoneIN If any "Senior Executive" Exist in ur Company then connect to me. Its better to "shut" ur Company instead of making fool to customers. No connectivity, no speed, no resolution. @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare @Vodafone @VIcustomercare Solution is not to deploy another new site. Atleast maintain the uptime of the existing sites in the area. Conditions are worse on weekends. O&M team didn't even bother to restore the down sites.

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service, Visited your Mahakali road Mumbai Vi store thrice and submitted all documents twice on 28th and 30th April, no action no response till date on my corporate to individual connection Transfer, wonder if porting is better than this harrassment

    @ViCustomerCare i am gonna drag you ppl to consumer court and have my way with you. Constantly struggling with IR pack activation and it is not getting activated through app request and trying to connect customer care and my calls are getting dropped. Await a strict legal notice.

    @ViCustomerCare How do I talk to a real person in VI? Calls to both 198 and 199 go through an automated system with only automated responses and there seems no way to talk to a real person. The chat function is also a bot! I need to register a complaint on unauthorised deduction.

    @DoT_India Service provider takes complaint but not solve it as they aware of the network problem in our area so kindly take action against them @ViCustomerCare . They must have to solve issue. The problem is since more than 6-7 years.

    @ViCustomerCare Kudos! @ViCustomerCare social media team solved the issue in A day; which normal Vodafone Customer care call team has been smashing around for days by transferring the calls.

    @ViCustomerCare , appalled at the apparent thieving attempt by Vodafone. Tired of your poor service, had ported out to JIO and now you are sending me notices to clear pending bills. Did you let go of a customer with pending bills? #shame #fraud @VodafoneGroup

    Dear @ViCustomerCare my number 9092605593 it's not showing network signal for two days. i really fed up bybur services. While i talk to VI customer care they told me to come VI store to buy new sim.
