    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI,I Recharged with 149 + 49, through VI APP, first I did recharge with 149rs but reflected, I reached near VI care they said do reacharge with 49rs so I did that also but amount is not reflected still I contact customer care 199 they said technical issue.

    @ViCustomerCare Since morning I couldn't make recharge, none of the payment apps are supporting , so I tried in VI app itself the money is withdrawn but not geeting recharged , feed up with service.

    @suchitrak @ViCustomerCare #VICustomercare is digital jalebi process “u can’t reach them for your problems” and automated tele-parrots. Such a big company and basic is wrong... I feel proud we realtors have much better customer care.
