Dear @ViCustomerCare your network is still too slow, even in my postpaid connection. Your callertune service is still chargeable. Where @JioCare is providing Unlimited free callertune, Netflix, Amazon prime, Hotstar subscription @399 postpaid plan but you provide nothing.

@ViCustomerCare My outgoing calls are not active even after doing the recharge of 459 rupees. I verified the details on the IVR and it says that services are active. One of your customer care executive states that it would take 30mins
