@ViCustomerCare Don't show your incompetence by saying everything is OK from your end. If you really want to resolve the issue, just listen to the voice message. If you are incapable then take technical support from technical experts. But don't display your incompetence like this. Hope U get it.

@ViCustomerCare Team I don’t see any progress on service request number SR # 4-120107503469 (Network Voice data issue) which was expected to complete by 16-Jul-2021 and service request number SR # 4-121328138429 (IR network coverage issue) with expected completion date 14-Aug-2021 12:27:04 PM.

@ViCustomerCare- Despite complaining on ur VI app my network issue is still not resolved, even after putting on airplane mode n back in within secs the 4g network drops to 2g network, o either the data network is slow, wot the tell is this!

@VodafoneIN Facing terrible network issue. I've raised a service request. Without even consulting and checking it have been closed by your engineers. If this issue is not resolved, I'll make a switch to new network very soon. So please decide and get back at the earliest.
