    @ViCustomerCare @Vodafone @VIcustomercare Solution is not to deploy another new site. Atleast maintain the uptime of the existing sites in the area. Conditions are worse on weekends. O&M team didn't even bother to restore the down sites.

    Dear @VodafoneIN If any "Senior Executive" Exist in ur Company then connect to me. Its better to "shut" ur Company instead of making fool to customers. No connectivity, no speed, no resolution. @VodafoneGroup

    I happen to have a few screenshots and call recordings to back my claims. @ViCustomerCare seems to running a simple policy of "kuch bhi bolkr customer le aao, baadmei dekhlege" kind of attitude. Store representative: Jyoti says ki "Complain krna hai toh krdo" and (2/n)

    @ViCustomerCare Again copy paste response without checking previous comments. Beware from @ViCustomerCare as they're doing fraud with the customers. Thanks to @jagograhakjago for resolving the recharge benefit issue. However, the action is still pending against Vodafone. #BandBajaateRaho

    @ViCustomerCare Yes, when we are late to going on place the internet also get down.. but Vodafone internet is very fast . I have using last 7/8 years.

    @ViCustomerCare Very worst customer service... I complained about the slow network issue in my area... I made atleast 20 calls in last 15 days but no one resolved my issue. Wtf are doing??? And now there is a increase in recharge amount 1st give proper internet then hike the price idiots.
