Vodafone store is asking 3000rs penalty to change the plan, they dont have anything to do with my complaint.. I am only left with option to Break the sim take other networks number and enjoy.

I never changed my existing plan and did not use any VAS. So unethical, unprofessional, shameless employees. Would never ever recommend to anyone.
