    @VodafoneIN I am a loyal customer of your organisation since 3 years but now this April bill has shocked me to the core. I never changed my existing plan and did not use any VAS. So unethical, unprofessional, shameless employees. Would never ever recommend to anyone @TRAI

    @mrj_md @care_DIR @VodafoneIN Literally they are incapable, till now no one has bother to respond. Vodafone store is asking 3000rs penalty to change the plan, they dont have anything to do with my complaint.. I am only left with option to Break the sim take other networks number and enjoy.

    @ViCustomerCare @Vodafone @VIcustomercare Solution is not to deploy another new site. Atleast maintain the uptime of the existing sites in the area. Conditions are worse on weekends. O&M team didn't even bother to restore the down sites.
