    @ViCustomerCare My VI prepaid mobile no. 9769351395 i am very disappointed form your 4G services i am not getting 4G network speed getting only slowly slowly speed indoor and outdoor both every time I raised complaints but not resolve my problem. Indian ka faltu se faltu Network VI hai

    @ViCustomerCare it's a 3rd day of no internet and no calling facility in my locality. I am was out of my mind and I call you guys to help you guys are sending useless tricks and tips. Thank you for no service. My decision to port to Vodafone was a mistake. Vi= #flightmode

    @ViCustomerCare Service request no. 4-115617241219 was generated for itemized detail bill of all outgoing call for Jan-21. That has been closed by your executive by sending summary bill of March. Can u pls resolve the issue ?

    @ViCustomerCare My concern is not resolved ... This service provider automatically starts any plan without customer's approval and deduct money ... No doubt why everyone is quitting.
