@ViCustomerCare The problem still lies there and you people have not done anything. Despite your team visiting my location. Your 4g services are useless. And more after 12am to 6 am slot your net services are zero. So stop marketing your free data use ads.Vodafone is just useless

@ViCustomerCare your internet connection is very slow at night after 12pm. I m going to change my card. You should refund the amount of package. i've complaint more than 100 times. But there is no improvement. You always give the same reason. Worst customer service. 😡😡

@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Hi, Today at 11AM i have issued new sim due to existing sim suddenly not working from Vi store and informed it will get activated within 4hrs.but still the new sim is not activated. Pls look in to it and expedite.
