    @ViCustomerCare i never asked u to call me. I posted the #Viscam. Ur network wantedly deactivating the numbers which does long day validity recharge. And making them to pay FRC for above 300 Or forcing them to use postpaid Because your network needs money to retain the business.

    @ViCustomerCare Highly disappointed. Promised a new connection within 24 hours, but it’s been over 48 hours with no installation and no proper update. If commitments can’t be honored, they shouldn’t be made. This is unacceptable customer service. #Disappointed #UnhappyNewCustomer

    @ViCustomerCare hello why is it so tough to connect with a agent? There are no Vi stores in my area and I have an emergency issue but no way to speak to customer executive.

    @ViCustomerCare Your services and facilities are generally excellent. However, in the smaller villages, your towers are located at a distance of 3.5 to 4 kilometers. Consequently, network coverage is very poor. Therefore, smaller towers should be installed in these small villages as well.

    @ViCustomerCare as according to vi officials ,there is no required of tower installation, despite of poor network at my location
