    @ViCustomerCare Duping - Synonym as per Oxford Dictionary is "act dishonestly or unfairly in order to gain an advantage." Resemblance of the above when you deal with VI is a Strong Feeling. STOP DUPING CUSTOMER

    @ViCustomerCare The most pathetic service you guys give..wasted my 3 days for converting my family plan but still not happened..visited 3 times in the past 3 days at your store just to see nothing happening..your executives are totally fooling the customers.. No1 should use VI

    @ViCustomerCare I don't think Vi will ever improve. Even after multiple complaints in last 1 month. Still a lot of zero network downtime in main city area. Vi is providing poorest service I have ever seen in last 20 years by any telecom company.
