    I'm continuously following this issue with @ViCustomerCare They told me everyday, we sent this issue, highlighted, and sent to technical team But it's more than a month. They are not able to close this issue with a resolution. Please note, nowadays a new sim will be ON in 1 hour

    @ViCustomerCare I contacted customer support today, but the executive incorrectly stated that my number is not a Vodafone Idea number and refused assistance. I have been using this number with Vi for years and regularly recharge it through the Vi app. Please investigate and help.
