    @OnePlus_UK @oneplus Time to part with my @GooglePixels (Pixel 2) doesn't support Volte in India on @airtelindia and @VodafoneIN, sad by the loss of my @OnePlus_IN & @xiaomi Mi Max Prime (stolen). Using LTE Without Volte is incomplete. Shame on you @GoogleIndia

    @VodafoneIN Very poor services. My no was port before 4 months After paid billed amount but before 15 days services intrupted as showing 7.35rs. I have 10 rs but still services not resumed after visiting several times.

    Hi @TRAI I hv nt received port code even after 20 hours of requesting for port code from @VodafoneIN . Executives hv been calling me soon after I requested for port code. I hv been facing mute call and call drop problem since last 3 months..

    Since I have recharged my jio Number for 2 gb pr day plan Net speed is super duper..... Slow. Jio Can u plz suggest me any other network who can provide me better services @VodafoneIN @Airtel_Presence etc @JioCare @reliancejio

    @VodafoneIN from past 2 days 4G internet is not working in my location , more then 10+ friends are complaining about this but no solution avail till now , this is last time I complaining about this issue other wise I will port to jio or Airtel. 8287448817 my no.

    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, I am having network issues since last 2 months and have complained multiple times to customer care but no one is interested to resolve it. Everytime I got the standard tcopt-paste response and issue is not resolved. NEED URGENT HELP

    @VodafoneIN please start the free callertune service , such as other network provider free this service but here not free . Vodafone charge monthly for this service . I did port my jio number to Vodafone but This time I think that Port back to go Jio or Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare My number was deactivated due to KYC issues. I only want to reactivate the same number with fresh KYC, but the Vi executive is insisting that I take a postpaid connection with at least 2 lines. Why is this being made mandatory? Please help resolve

    @DoT_India Is samchar sarathi built to help the customer or just another website/app to meet the telecom compliance ? I have raised a complaint for spam SMS/call. Provided the screen shot as well. @ViCustomerCare responded stating that they can't act bcoz there was no trace.

    @ViCustomerCare The VI number provided in the DM belongs to my mother; she uses it on a basic Samsung phone that does not support the internet. Whenever I call home to speak with her, the voice breaks up, making it impossible to have a conversation. I do not require a 5G network; .

    @ViCustomerCare iam mov out for jammu kashmir where prepaid roaming is not allowed Wamt to activate Call forwarding however everytime it's getting failed due to restrictions from vi Customer care is absolutely unprofessional in response !!

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, there is a major network issue in Dariapur area,Ahmedabad.All Vi users in our area are getting zero signal indoors.Voice calls are constantly breaking,and the other person cannot hear us.Please look into this and fix the network coverage here immediately.

    @anjusabu @ViCustomerCare Same here. The IR roaming pack didn’t work and on complaining, they just compensated by reducing ₹1000 from the bill. In fact, entire amount should have been refunded when the outgoing calls were not working. It’s just a scam.

    I requested removal of the Family Plan from my primary number. Your executive informed me that I would receive a call and then reply to an SMS. I received both, but the SMS does not allow any reply. Kindly resolve this issue and process my request immediately. @ViCustomerCare
