    @Idea seems like internet in my area went to worst from bad after completing merger with @VodafoneIN recently . Our Vodafone numbers works still good, but on idea numbers, internet not crossing 50kbps. Location mapped

    I am really worried of @VodafoneIN. I think @VodafoneIN is best, I am typical person who hate buffering in youtube,But i haven't faced that since i started using vodafone from last 4yrs and neither faced any issues regarding thier services.

    @ViCustomerCare How many times Should I do that? 15 times I hv complained, given entire address, all 4 futile. U do nothing. Having taken all detail after 5 days u will say we have no tower there.we didn't find any issue bla bla bla.

    @ViCustomerCare I've responded. Please understand that this area has poor internet infrastructure. No fiber connection is available via private players. Mobile Internet is weak. A new strong tower is needed in this region.
