Thanks a lot to Mr Rahul from Vodafone who took this issue seriously and took it to closure. Just when the app finally worked, got a shock to see @VodafoneIN @servifyin graciously giving ₹15k for XSMAX exchange. iPhone will be forever, this plan though I doubt! 😂👋

I waited for 2-3 years to see improvement in their services. And now finally (w.e.f June 21) I switched to another network. In my opinion you should switch immediately.

@ViCustomerCare Services are getting very expensive. I recharged with 95 only to realise I can't send SMS. So now if I want to send 2-3 SMS, I have to recharge with 129.. it's better to port this number to a different network.
