I called customer care which is automated with just two options. You stopped my incoming calls, without notice, because I didn't recharge for outgoing, it's been a full day and I am still waiting for your call.

It seems to ignore my call colume settings, the call volume after the message is perfectly normal. It's the volume of the prerecorded message that is unhealthily high.
