    @VodafoneIN I don't understand ur logic, when we complain u ask details in DM, when we send u ask us to wait as according to u, u r working on it, after many days we follow again, u ask again fr same details, it repeats bt u don't give a solution. Its not a good policy!!

    @VodafoneIN I have been trying to reach you for many days...due to lockdown I understand you have limited bandwidth so I call early around 8 am..and waits for hours to get connected & after two I get to hear systems are down..I will take you to the court..

    @ViCustomerCare you guys have been one of the worst in the business. I complained about increase in promo calls on my no. Instead of solving it thru system intervention u asked me to talk to each such caller and then send the call details to you. I am receiving 50 calls daily.
