    @khemka_mk @Airtel_Presence I wonder how come Airtel traced it thinking its their network, I mean their reflexes are working well, @VodafoneIN is seriously sinking and they claim that they are the best 4G network in Delhi / NCR, Jokers!!

    @agarwalrahul23 @VodafoneIN @kkarnik4 @VodafoneGroup And if you want more excitement call Vodafone and ask about the ticket that you had opened last time for network issue. They will say, it's closed, we will open a new ticket and resolution will take 2 months..😁😁😁

    Why you guys are not giving any timeline here. Why didn't you mention it will take 7 days by network team to visit places and after that you guys will confirm if the resolution can be given or not. It's been 25 days of escalation & no sign of positive response from @VodafoneIN

    Data service only works where 4G is available. Even with four bar 3G or Edge there is no data service. Horrible service by @VodafoneIN in Delhi. Time to port to alternate network #nodata #vodafonedelhi #mobiledata

    Hi @VodafoneIN I think the worst service providers of all time. I made a complaint against the Internet Serivce and Call drop issue two weeks back, and the representative told that you will get a call back soon. I am still waiting for the call. @DoT_India

    @VodafoneIN Basic phone network is a serious concern in Janakpuri C-1 block, house no 200. *Pls get it checked and resolved urgently.* 4G network is nil all the time. Not even able to operate my official mailbox Facebook, whatsapp or anything that requires 4G network.

    on dailing this number : 18002082121 on @VodafoneIN network I hear my own voice back. tried through 2 different numbers and mobiles. same issue. @VodafoneIN your network has serious problems with customer care numbers.

    @ViCustomerCare It’s a weekend curfew in my city and I’ve visited your store twice in the last two days ! This is the poorest service ever ! It’s doesn’t 48+ hours to activate a sim 😡 and my old sim was also taken by them! What do I do now

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Still no Valid response from your side, it means you support your staffs for forcefully activation of postpaid connection. Cancel ASAP postpaid connection or provide prepaid plans on my no, which is going to live on vi network - 9097938446. GIVE inbuilt plan which is included GST

    @ViCustomerCare Received a call at 1.45p today. after few minutes of explaining to you'll.. Ankita said she will call me in 5 min as she will check the issue of why 2g base pack is reflecting.. it's been more than an hour and a half.. haven't received any call..

    @ViCustomerCare the 599 recharge that is been shown for 84 days with 3gb/day before the payment turns out to be 28 days with1.5gb/day after payment. I don't want to port the card can you find me a solution? @VodafoneGroup @Vodacom
