Vodafone Idea sends SMS for 5G, whereas they do not have 5G in Rajasthan, except in Jaipur, their 4G also does not work properly, the internet gets disconnected as soon as a call comes, sometimes UPI payment also fails due to their network. @ViCustomerCare @NPCI_NPCI @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare Went for online prepaid sim purchase yesterday and completed recharge payment & video KYCs but yet to receive my sim. 24 hours gone and no response. Cancel my order and refund the paid amount as Airtel delivers it in 3-4 hours.
