    @suchetadalal @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Even one of y friend had same problem. They took their sweet time to resolve. Kindly try troubleshooting via Vi app and check whether it says "No active Calling plan". This is a system error even though you have a plan. We had to do a recharge of Rs.10 for emergency Calling

    @suchetadalal @rohilla_aakash @ViCustomerCare For me it works on resetting. There is an option saying reset to default in Android. I have seen this issue in many states as VI APN settings are wrong in many states, it leads to many test case failures related to internet and calls.
