    @VodafoneIN @TRAI @jagograhakjago No update on either of two issues. Very irresponsible customer care. Guys, airtel is far much better and if you face network issue with airtel, go with Jio but don't ever try Vodafone as they are good for nothing but known to generate fake bills.

    @ViCustomerCare As talked with the VI Senior Cust. support, since they are upgrading the network which will take mini.90days, the speed issue in areas 262309 will remain same. Kindly use other operator till then, don't waste your time & money on VI. Reference no-V00731541221

If you can't provide good service atleast atleast listen and understand the problem. After 10+yr moving out from idea network due to poor customer support.
