    @VodafoneIN very poor voice quality in Delhi Chattarpur. Facing since last few months. While calling call drop is very usual. During call one side conversation if often mute. Please resolve it or I shall have to find some other operator. @TRAI please intervene to ensure QOS.

    Hey @VodafoneIN these days your network sucks. I have been using your RedX plan which promises 50% faster speed than the normal plans but I am getting 2G. I've complained many times but your operators ask me to restart my phone everytime. Is that the solution?

    @VodafoneIN Visiting any Store is the problem. Appears you have not understood my tweet. Subsequently even contacted Customer Care at 199 was of no Help. Asked to visit Vi website. Did that also but at no place could lodge my problem and find solution. What shall one Senior Citizen do?

    @VodafoneIN My wife Karin holding your number 8860199801 wants to switch from Post Paid to Pre Paid. Being a Senior Citizen can't stand in line outside your Service Centre the nearest being in Sector 50 Noida. Can it be done online? Alternatively give fixed time to be there.

    @ViCustomerCare Does VodafoneIdea charge 484rs to migrate from postpaid to prepaid opting the same mobile number? The customer executive told me I would get 1.5gb data/unlimited calls for 28days. And said the processing fee is included in that 484rs. Is this true?

    @ViCustomerCare Very amazing, hw to contact yr DM w/o any contact no. Even yr 079 66714000 nobody picking. India's big conglo doesn't have proper customer care no on app to touch with u. Very amazing. Tht is reason poor service, it loosing clients by yr un calibrated staffs

    @ViCustomerCare, concern is regarding my number 8691002014, I have just as spoken to customer care who disconnected the call without giving me proper resolution. You want me to recharge for 120rs for a single message as I am unable to send outgoing messages . How disappointing.
