    @VodafoneIN You should not get surprised with this. I just had a word with Amit Kumar who was floor supervisor. I want to share their call recording to show how pathetic your customer service is. Lets cancel my porting request to vodafone. Instead i am planning to port away my existing nos.

    @VodafoneIN Now you don’t have any solution as your executive told me that he is unable to provide 4G service in my region. I found no reason to be with Vodafone Its time to bid farewell.

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence working since more than 6 months and not fix the problems means @airtelindia is not capable so I hope @VodafoneIN will be more trust full as compare #Airtel

    @TRAI When these service provider have charged us earlier and sold their sim for unlimited validity how can they change the existing plan and ask for validity recharge again and just deduct the balance. #SCAM #Fraudster @VodafoneIN @Idea @Airtel_Presence @aajtak @abpnewstv @ndtv

    @VodafoneIN dear concern I have a number of Punjab and surprisingly its network vanished since I reached Delhi. From past 3 days there is no network on calling customer care today they asked me to wait for 24 hrs more as there is some technical issue. Is it really network dow.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey Vi how can I contact to a customer care person... ?? I want to talk to you regarding the last recharge. I recently recharged through VI app and paid through Paytm, money was deducted but recharge balance still not yet reflected.

    Biggest mistake i have done by recharging again @ViCustomerCare after a month, acha bhla jio ki speed le raha tha,700 rupay ka recharge krva liya ab 3 mahine wait krna padega port k liye, speed sucks 100kbps to 2mbps aur jio ki 40 se 50mbps hai mere yahan. #idea #vodafoneidea

    @ViCustomerCare I am your customer since 2008. My Sim stopped working few weeks back and then I visited my nearest Vi store at Almora for a sim replacement request on 2nd June. I took my original voter ID card, but my request has been rejected 5 times now. I am feeling harassed.
