    @ViCustomerCare Firstly save your connection after that give advice another person connection I raised complain last month but still not resolve our problem and you give advice..... That is not good..... Firstly concentrate your mind on your company and customers

    @ViCustomerCare @AnMttl I was also a customer of vi but the worst part according to me is if we didn't recharge our no. You won't get any incoming calls whereas there is nothing to do with recharge in jio you can use jio sim without recharge please solve it this is also a big difference

    @mohitoz @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia I almost did this last year. After 18 years they shut down my number temporarily due to KYC issues. Yes. They actually stopped service to my number for almost a week.

    @ViCustomerCare I made recharge of my mobile number 9313006697. I Selected plan 1799 for 1 yr. Made payment through HDFC Credit Card. Amount deducted Rs 2899. Account recharged under plan 2899. This is not JUSTIFIED.Please activate plan 1799 and issue refund Rs 1100.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi. Despite telling your team via DM that I am confused and should I recharge again or wait for any resolution as the payment due date is 26 Sep, your team simply replied, "Expected resolution date is 28 Sep". This is after telling 2x that my due date is 26 Sep of payment.

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you for not escalating and using cut copy paste templates to simply close my ticket. I figured a resolution by visiting the bank myself as your ORM team was only interested in closing my ticket by simply saying- resolution by 28 Sep. No expedition, no humanised reply.

We were assured this will not happen again, for sure, but all lies. Can we take this VI to court for harassing us customers, taking money but not giving service?

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Please do not call with overconfidence when nothing has been done from ur end. Sort the issue first and den wait a few days and den call. It would be great if u guys got in touch with @Bajaj_Finance and figure it out. Service from both atm is useless and pathetic.
