    I am absolutely fed up with this network issue of @ViCustomerCare . It shows full bars of 4G but your internet doesn’t work at all. Have to put phone on flight mode every 10 seconds. Then why in the world this company provides service? We pay our bills and you don’t deliver!

    @ViCustomerCare Your solution to the spam/phishing sms i shared that was to be reported to @trai was to call and tell me not to share said sms anywhere? Is that it? That's all you do to "resolve" your complaint?! Did u even TRY reporting it to @TRAI?

    @ViCustomerCare complaint MUM V00564376215 . firstly the damn complaint was for both voice and data. secondly you need 4 days to resolve a issue because of your service deficiency? frustrated. it's easier to just port to jio. Shut down your biz if you can't serve customers
