    It has been almost a year now I am complaining about the network issue I am facing in my @VodafoneIN mobile phone. Whenever I call Customer Care I am told that the issue has been resolved but till date my network remains the same.

    (2/2)Although i like Airtel services (4G) most but i am bound to switch back to @VodafoneIN !! P.S. - Please,start focusing on your present customers need rather just indulging in fighting for new customers. If you provide good services your customer base will grow eventually !!

    Dear @VodafoneIN moved from @Airtel_Presence to you in search of better network. But #Vodafone turned out to be much worse. Forget fastest 4G , kindly provide 3G at least at good speed.

I've complained almost 50-60 times since then but after registering complaint they close it within a week by saying that a team is already working in your area.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service is being provided I have recharged today in the morning the amount got deducted the recharge was not successful and after having a word with Customer Care they are saying to wait for 3 days..... Hahahaha Really surprised!!!

    @ViCustomerCare Its been 10 hours, neither my 1499 plan activated nor money has been refunded. So rackless system. I am fed up of customer care saying it will take 4 hours then 6 hours more. Wasn't expecting this from you.
