@ViCustomerCare You guys are deducting amount from senior citizen account on the basis of some "mydala" offer which they had never activated. Even in my case full DND services are activated in account. Then how can you deduct amount and when complained your customer care 1/2

@ViCustomerCare Hi, we have worked on your complaint no. APR-V01202279000. We are currently planning corrective steps to resolve your issue soon. In case you arent satisfied, you can appeal at 198 (Toll Free) within 30 days. Reopen again because issue is not solved ok

@TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare Implement a good ITSM and your customer service will improve with linking the core issue with the follow ups. Jet Airways will have the same problem as almost every airline in India currently does. Try it.
