    @bombaywallah @VodafoneIN All this happened exactly like this with us. There was no warning. We had a roaming pack but turns out we transited thru a country that wasn't part of the pack and hit 40k in data roaming and they just disabled service without warning. Took 1 month to get details of what happened

    Dear @VodafoneIN I am using Vodafone postpaid sim since January 2010. Since last 2 days my outgoing and incoming calls are deactivated by you. Your care representative are also unable to resolve. This is really horrible. kindly resolve or else i have no other option than MNP.
