    @ViCustomerCare Really, Vodafone Executive have too much arrogancy & callous attitude when I approached for porting existing jio at vi store Rohini Sec-3, M2K & Rohini Sec-10. m2k vi store refused to accept my request because it was prepaid porting & sec 10 vi store so rude.

    @ViCustomerCare What a worst service of VI. We do not have facility to send sms in small recharge packs. We have to recharge for minimum 129 to send sms. No trai rules mention such things. Even to send sms to port out, we have to recharge.
