    Internet speed is very low. Buffering going on and on. Even many times call drop.After complain number of times only one silly message comes and then after they close the complain. I think time now to port in another network. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Just giving fake offers. Data is deducted from regular plan hence I have availed night data binge offer. After complaining to customer support it worked for 2-3 days. Very disappointing. Never port to VI.

    @rohanbabu I would like to add @ViCustomerCare to that list. Since 1.5 months now I get a call 5 times a week for an offer I have refused on every single call. What the hell is wrong with their systems that they cannot keep a record of refusals from a customer!!
