    Other networks had rolled out #5G services while @ViCustomerCare could not restore my 4G service, and had to satisfy with 3G internet service.

    @mohitoz @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia I almost did this last year. After 18 years they shut down my number temporarily due to KYC issues. Yes. They actually stopped service to my number for almost a week.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea is not even registering the complaint. Where will internet go, Vodafone Idea is a very poor operator, Jio's network is better than this.

    @VodafoneGroup I regret to inform you that as per the process, we cannot attach the service validity of the recharge of Rs.459/- in the recharge of Rs.1799/-. However, we have already credited the data benefit of 6 GB to your number. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI look into inc validity

    @ViCustomerCare every since Vodafone merged with idea the network has become absolute ****. Not one online game will loggin if I'm using the VI network. ABSOLUTE TRASH NETWORK.

    @ViCustomerCare there are 2 vi sims on my android. one limited data pack is giving proper network connectivity. other with unlimited data 4g pack is giving speed of 0.1kb/s. if it is due to apps or any cookies how is it possible. ur social media support team is useless.

    @ViCustomerCare I have raised multiple complaints for the very slow internet connection in the surrounding areas of Assam University, Silchar. But, Vi failed to provide any solution and closed all the Complaints without asking me. How nice the Customer Service is! Just Shameful!
