@bombaywallah @VodafoneIN All this happened exactly like this with us. There was no warning. We had a roaming pack but turns out we transited thru a country that wasn't part of the pack and hit 40k in data roaming and they just disabled service without warning. Took 1 month to get details of what happened

@VodafoneIN Even though nobody take care my problem. I called CC 4-5 times to not visit the your store but how could it possible without visit your store. You are doing nothing to satisfy your customers. Very very poor service.Nobody called me.

Worst customer service ever. After following all that was advised on DM ,went back to the store and came back disappointed again. By the way my phone was a 2 sim phone and @ViCustomerCare had replaced it in 1 hour . @JioCare there is something for your team to learn from others
