    @Idea @VodafoneIN We have 9711049864 (IDEA) post paid. They are adding extra amount in my recent bill and also close my out going call. Modifie the bill then i will pay the money. Otherwise i have to shift on other network. Bhupesh Joshi

    Sir @DoT_India @rsprasad @SanjayDhotreMP, at a time when we are about to leap into the #5G era, I frequently find #4G service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence become a crawling child. Left @VodafoneIN just a couple if months back for this same reason.

    @khemka_mk @Airtel_Presence I wonder how come Airtel traced it thinking its their network, I mean their reflexes are working well, @VodafoneIN is seriously sinking and they claim that they are beat 4G in Delhi / NCR, Jokers!!

    @VodafoneIN There is also worst net connectivity I m getting all d time from my residence.Hard 2 believe that on 1 side vodafone claiming best net connectivity on their marketing campaigns but on the other side in realty ground,Its seems the worst network service provider.

    @anuraglall @timesofindia Get in whom . @airtelindia and @VodafoneIN are already in doldrums. PROVIDING worst of services. I am with #Airtel since 1999. But their Services at my location , a prime one ,for past over 6-7 years gone to Dumps. Have complained at All levels. They are bent upon Cheating us.

    @VodafoneIN Basic phone network is a serious concern in Janakpuri C-1 block, house no 200. *Pls get it checked and resolved urgently.* 4G network is nil all the time. Not even able to operate my official mailbox Facebook, whatsapp or anything that requires 4G network.

    Why you guys are not giving any timeline here. Why didn't you mention it will take 7 days by network team to visit places and after that you guys will confirm if the resolution can be given or not. It's been 25 days of escalation & no sign of positive response from @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare Every time I complaint, you guys say that it will take 15 days to fix, A normal guy recharges for 1 month and waits for 15 days for the network to be fix and after 15 days what message comes?, sorry, there is a network problem in your area and we assure you to fix

    @ViCustomerCare Customers are retained by QoS and not by applying restrictions with mean mentality. Replies to your service sms is allowed but not allowing other sms (specially to 1900) is complete violation of MNP regulations.
