    @VodafoneIN want to port my mumbai postpaid to delhi prepaid. Visited sant nagar vodafone store twice n both time server down which is unacceptable.. Now they refusing the port saying first it will be ported to delhi postpaid n after 3 mnths prepaid.. Does not makes sense..

    @VodafoneIN Unfortunately it’s of no help. Coz I personally cross checked the the status of account with BSNL office n they said there is no problem at their end but apparently there was no MNP request showing in their system

    @ViCustomerCare I called 198 today to register a complaint. Your rep answered the call, asked my concern and then he slept after putting my call on a loooooooong HOLD, then few mins later he hung up. Is that's how you treat your postpaid customers?
