    @ViCustomerCare My phone number is a DND registered number and every other day I get calls from Vodafone agents trying to sell me similar numbers. This is my biggest problem.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm stoping my relationship with vi of 10 yrs due to poor support no privacy of customer no solution for service request if every thing has to be done by us then whats the solution for it

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Concern After so many nonstop using your service. Today I decide to Port my service to another service provider. I use postpaid service of VI. But now only I leave VI due to price hike. So think about this seriously. If you want not leave your old user

    @ViCustomerCare Really, Vodafone Executive have too much arrogancy & callous attitude when I approached for porting existing jio at vi store Rohini Sec-3, M2K & Rohini Sec-10. m2k vi store refused to accept my request because it was prepaid porting & sec 10 vi store so rude.

    @ViCustomerCare Your coverage map does not show 5g signal in Vasai, kindly clarify which part of Vasai has 5g available. Used to get good 4g+ signal before but now internet speeds are low and signal strength is more than 100dbm. Used to get 70 to 80 mbps speeds on 4g + now just 5 to 7mbps.

    @ViCustomerCare, @vodafoneIN_Fdtn - WHEN WILL YOU RESOLVE VOICE & DATA ISSUE PERMANENTLY? I'm still struggling even though I'd a couple of discussions w/ support executives to resolve this but seems you're not bothering what consumer face and suffer. Need ur immediate assistance.
