    @Idea @VodafoneIN We have 9711049864 (IDEA) post paid. They are adding extra amount in my recent bill and also close my out going call. Modifie the bill then i will pay the money. Otherwise i have to shift on other network. Bhupesh Joshi

    Why you guys are not giving any timeline here. Why didn't you mention it will take 7 days by network team to visit places and after that you guys will confirm if the resolution can be given or not. It's been 25 days of escalation & no sign of positive response from @VodafoneIN

    @anuraglall @timesofindia Get in whom . @airtelindia and @VodafoneIN are already in doldrums. PROVIDING worst of services. I am with #Airtel since 1999. But their Services at my location , a prime one ,for past over 6-7 years gone to Dumps. Have complained at All levels. They are bent upon Cheating us.

    @VodafoneIN Basic phone network is a serious concern in Janakpuri C-1 block, house no 200. *Pls get it checked and resolved urgently.* 4G network is nil all the time. Not even able to operate my official mailbox Facebook, whatsapp or anything that requires 4G network.

    @ViCustomerCare upon checking with the office team again in kerala, they are now saying I wont be able to use the SIM!!!! What the hell is this? Its clear miscommunication to the customer. I clearly stated my requirements and i need the sim to be active but no outgoing required.

    @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare While I thank Afreen for taking the pain to waive the wrongful outstanding and disconnecting my sim already applied in Feb 2022, the customer care tem seem less concerned about the refund of Rs 3300, why should I pay for VI mistake is my query?

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @DoT_India I have called vi customer care 3 times and complained about these unreasonable and automatic deduction of 5 to 7 rs each time, but it never stops. It has been happening once or twice every month

    @ViCustomerCare i need a resolution for this immediately, as the sim is crucial for incoming bank communications. I wont spend a single rupee on this unnecessarily as this was an incorrect action from the Customer care. I am ready to provide all details necessary.
