    @ViCustomerCare very serious network issue. Not a single call completes without interruption once or twice. @TRAI Sometimes no ring for incoming calls. Missed call increases. Under 4G this is level of service, what will be for 5G. Tariff on higher trend but service on downsize.

    @ViCustomerCare on a pleasant note, spam calls are much lesser in vodafone idea DND. As per my experience. We have different network connections, and I get thr least. Could be other reasons also. Please guys, don't charge 128/- for sending sms

    @ViCustomerCare Team, at-least open up your closed networks for your own bill payments via netbanking so we can receive OTP. WHAT A SHAME! Of-course we can use other payment modes and that may be your solution to this problem..

I hv paid 3 months rent to airtel with complain. Now VI also wants wrong rental plan charge though wrong plan is activated on his behalf
