@ViCustomerCare What's the benefit of switching to VI when no one from VI customer care is helping me even I am an existing VI user, unfortunately I have to suffer for 3 more months due to sim Port rules. I will definitely switch to another network where atleast they listen and help users.

@ViCustomerCare You guys are deducting amount from senior citizen account on the basis of some "mydala" offer which they had never activated. Even in my case full DND services are activated in account. Then how can you deduct amount and when complained your customer care 1/2

@ViCustomerCare Hi, Since Vodafone & Idea merged, I am facing an issue about my Callertunes service. It never gets activated. I’ve tried it through every platform(App, Site, SMS)I even complained on 199 but nothing happened! They say due to technical glitch its there. help!

@ViCustomerCare at one time, Vodafone used to offer a crystal sharp network & proper accountability of data. From last 2 months, its been a worst service. 90% times seeing ‘edge’. If this remains same, will hv to switch as cant compromise the work and needs. Fix it faster.
