@ViCustomerCare I'm not facing any issue but I want to suggest something so that it can be implemented. Everyday you give unlimited internet usage from 12am till 6am on certain plans. So instead of 12am till 6am, can't you make it from 10pm till 4am? #Vodafone #VodafoneIdea

@ViCustomerCare @AnMttl I was also a customer of vi but the worst part according to me is if we didn't recharge our no. You won't get any incoming calls whereas there is nothing to do with recharge in jio you can use jio sim without recharge please solve it this is also a big difference

@ViCustomerCare I made recharge of my mobile number 9313006697. I Selected plan 1799 for 1 yr. Made payment through HDFC Credit Card. Amount deducted Rs 2899. Account recharged under plan 2899. This is not JUSTIFIED.Please activate plan 1799 and issue refund Rs 1100.

This is the worst customer service ever @ViCustomerCare bill paid for 2 numbers within the due date, they screw up and the app shows bill overdue. After raising the complaint the amount is credited to one number and the other number is disconnected.
