@ViCustomerCare As per the network team remark under Ref. No. APR-V00573609092 As per the given location no call drop-related issues were found all calls are maturing and ending fine - Naina Do I sound mad to complain about VI? You people not even assisting by calling... .such a worst situation.

@ViCustomerCare I could take their call, they disconnect it and then send me mail that they could not connect me and that my grievance has been resolved. You can inbox me your mail id as well so that I can forward the copy of the complaint which I have made earlier.

I advised my wife to switch from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia for better connectivity. In hindsight it was a mistake. Yesterday morning I got a SMS with a pin for activation. My wife tried to dial but it said not registered on network @Airtel_Presence

I have a corporate postpaid connection of @ViCustomerCare but that calling network & internet speed is worst. At Bilkisganj area Dist. Sehore M.P. kindly look into it ASAP and pls ensure for best 4G network. Otherwise we drop VI and switch to other networks. @AdityaBirlaGrp
