    @ViCustomerCare I went to vodafone greater noida. After due diligence Sim was to be activated within 30 minutes. But did not get activated. Mr Umer from vodafone customer care kept me waiting for 30 minutes with an advic e to revisit VI store.

    @vodafone @ViCustomerCare worst experience anyone can ever with ur service.1st u charge the customer with auto renewal then block there sim so that they can't send"STOP" to stop the service. Then u don't even respond back.Plz resolve this so that I cn port my Sim to other network

    @ViCustomerCare I am from Chechar, Patna (Bihar). There is no 5G network in my area, while Jio and Airtel are already providing 5G services. I have a 5G phone but cannot use it due to no 5G coverage. Please install a 5G tower or improve network as soon as possible.

    I recharged 48 rupees and promised that 6gb data will be provided, just an hour before, but I can't use the internet, when I checked out, said that I already consumed the data. there is no direct inquiry option is not been given to address my issue. VI loot me. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare my 76 YO aunt was forced to port her airtel prepaid to VI. And take a family plan 701. She was taking back her deceased husband's number as a remembrance. The vi store at nalasopara west didnt inform her about the 451 plan. Is this how VI is happy to help?
