@ViCustomerCare Sim activation not done for my number despite visit to VI, Alpha Commercial Belt, Greater Noida with all documents. Now, being told by VI customer care to visit again. It is harassment of VI customers by VI only.

@ViCustomerCare very serious network issue. Not a single call completes without interruption once or twice. @TRAI Sometimes no ring for incoming calls. Missed call increases. Under 4G this is level of service, what will be for 5G. Tariff on higher trend but service on downsize.

@ViCustomerCare I went to vodafone greater noida. After due diligence Sim was to be activated within 30 minutes. But did not get activated. Mr Umer from vodafone customer care kept me waiting for 30 minutes with an advic e to revisit VI store.

I will say it again. Vi network is crap. It is disgusting. **** network. High speed GigaNet my foot. @ViCustomerCare why am I not able use internet properly? Net speed is so slow that it barely opens anything thing, speed almost 0. **** NETWORK.
