I advised my wife to switch from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia for better connectivity. In hindsight it was a mistake. Yesterday morning I got a SMS with a pin for activation. My wife tried to dial but it said not registered on network @Airtel_Presence

@ViCustomerCare As per the network team remark under Ref. No. APR-V00573609092 As per the given location no call drop-related issues were found all calls are maturing and ending fine - Naina Do I sound mad to complain about VI? You people not even assisting by calling... .such a worst situation.

@ViCustomerCare in last two months i have raised multiple quries but non of thoes got resolved. While roaming voice and data was pathetic, back to base also has same issue data is "H" or max "H+". What's going on with VI. Please fix it elase SMS "PORT" to xxxxxxxx.
