I advised my wife to switch from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia for better connectivity. In hindsight it was a mistake. Yesterday morning I got a SMS with a pin for activation. My wife tried to dial but it said not registered on network @Airtel_Presence

@ViCustomerCare i have 4 connections running from VI and i will port each one of them if you wont bother to check why number is coming switched off? 7-8 tweets and. 5-6 dms and no response from VI customer care at all. This VI care is a joke !!

@ViCustomerCare Internet in my area is too slow to stream any episode. I need to wait as buffering starts after watching few seconds. I guess 4G was not made for buffering process.

@ViCustomerCare I tested your network, it's data speeds are better then other operators. But i get only 3-4 bars of 4G, which drains my battery faster if i stay & use 4G continuously. It fluctuates a lot.Kindly do something. Me & my brother want to Switch to VI, for primary usage

@TRAI @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Vodafone India have bad network so did number portability to Airtel but found out Airtel is worst then Vodafone. Call drop is normal. Now I can’t go back to vi due to 90 days restriction. Why govt not penalised these useless mobile operators
