@ViCustomerCare I went to vodafone greater noida. After due diligence Sim was to be activated within 30 minutes. But did not get activated. Mr Umer from vodafone customer care kept me waiting for 30 minutes with an advic e to revisit VI store.

@ViCustomerCare very serious network issue. Not a single call completes without interruption once or twice. @TRAI Sometimes no ring for incoming calls. Missed call increases. Under 4G this is level of service, what will be for 5G. Tariff on higher trend but service on downsize.

What a pathetic services are provided by so called Giganet and Fifanet compnay @ViCustomerCare raised the complaint on 7th May and got the update that they can't do anything, on that case i want the refund of the recharge amount. @JioCare will be happy to join you soon.
