    @ViCustomerCare Every month you are charging some unreasonable amount in bill. This time you charge Rs.25 for VAS. Earlier also you removed and took a complaint for this. Please remove these charges as I donot subscribe to any such service. Please do and advise. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare Me 2 days back: "I'll port all my family postpaid numbers from Airtel to VI." Me today after buying a new VI connection to check VI network and customer service: "I would rather be without a mobile phone but never port any of my numbers to VI." Thanks VI

    @ViCustomerCare What a third class company VI is. Bought a new postpaid connectioN. got home delivery of SIM. CustomerCare said the number is activated. There is no network because a damaged SIM was delivered. Now you want me to go to VI store 15kms far to get a replacement SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare What sad state of your shops are. Jail road- Delhi, Reps are taking 30-40 minutes just to issue a new number. People are waiting for hours for their number to come for service. That's why you failing in India.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI today visited store for getting pospaid blank sim at Karol bagh store metro station New Delhi feeling very bad as they treated so badly and misbehave. Mr bhuru customer care treated very rudely. Ridiculous service ever seen.

    @ViCustomerCare I got a new postpaid connection home delivered today afternoon. I was told that the connection will be activated with 3-4 hours. But I don't see anything yet. No network nothing.

    @ViCustomerCare we have network coverage and very slow internet speed problem. We have to study.. due to slow and bad internet..we can't do. please improve the internet speed. Pincode 224141we are facing this problem daily.. and we get 1kbps to 50kbps speed..

    @ViCustomerCare how can a 75 year old COVID patient come to your customer card office within 10 Jun 2021 and verify that she is the person who’s SIM CARD is?! On verification of add n new SIM card u guys go to any extent n come to home n verify things.
