    @ViCustomerCare I recieve around 4-5 spam customer care calls from Vodafone in a day. To say the least it's irritating and disturbing kindly help me to get rid of these calls or I'll be forced to port my connection with Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare @AnMttl I was also a customer of vi but the worst part according to me is if we didn't recharge our no. You won't get any incoming calls whereas there is nothing to do with recharge in jio you can use jio sim without recharge please solve it this is also a big difference

    @ViCustomerCare I made recharge of my mobile number 9313006697. I Selected plan 1799 for 1 yr. Made payment through HDFC Credit Card. Amount deducted Rs 2899. Account recharged under plan 2899. This is not JUSTIFIED.Please activate plan 1799 and issue refund Rs 1100.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm not facing any issue but I want to suggest something so that it can be implemented. Everyday you give unlimited internet usage from 12am till 6am on certain plans. So instead of 12am till 6am, can't you make it from 10pm till 4am? #Vodafone #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare the worst service I have never seen. Please don't continue with Vodafone Idea. I have lost more than Rs3k without using any service. Money will be deducted recharge will be successful from application but it will not reflect.patricularly on roaming

    @ViCustomerCare You are offering 4GB of daily data pack but not offering 4G speed. I am not even able to connect to internet, not expeted this from Vodafone, totally unsatisfactory service, if I call in customer care they say our system is not working please call after 4hr.

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp @VodafoneGroup My sim was not working one simple solution needed that replace the sim and problem solved. But you not replaced the sim. Only this I am going for another operator. I am stayed with you from last 14 years understand my loyalty and then look into your service and solutions.

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for the information, customers are leaving VI because you are not taking customers complaint seriously. You are getting salary on time and all losses will goes to VI company. If company will be shut down move to other company. @AdityaBirlaGrp @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare You know the issue, I ported out of your company and been getting 10s of calls from your company not to port out, when they knew I am anyway porting out, they stopped calling me and since then my internet speed has reduced drastically. I don’t want to talk to your team now.
