@VodafoneIN It is no use to connect with Vodafone telecom because they are giving worst services even doing fraud with customers like me. If you will recharge by Vodafone App. Then amount will debit but recharge failed. And they do not initiate refund. It happened with me. 👎🏻👎🏻

@VodafoneIN what are you guys upto. Net is not working at all. It has gone worst. Dnt give an excuse of resource limitation. @airtelindia is also working with limited resource but their service is still best.

@VodafoneIN I am childhood customer of Vodafone But they are doing fraud work now. I think, My refund will not initiate. Today is 11th working day since 24th of march. I have sent account statement on their demand but till now no kinda response from there.

@VodafoneIN Vodafone telecom is doing something wrong regarding amount. I have been facing a problem since 24th of march my recharge was unsuccessful but they are not initiating refund. Even they don't reply on mail, twitter and customer service. Till now there is no solution.

@ViCustomerCare I just recharged for ₹299 for my VI number, when I put it on my mobile it's not showing anything. There's no physical damage on sim. It shows it's in service. I'm very unsatisfied with customer service, they told me get a new sim in exchange for ₹50.

@ViCustomerCare I can Port my number to any other operators easily but I don't want to port from Vodafone that's why requesting you to give us better service. Customers are not satisfied with your service in West Bengal and kolkata zone. Please take some necessary steps.
