    @ViCustomerCare Hi customer care, today i contacted your customer care for my billing issues and they asked me to hold on so that they can connect me with senior..but surprisingly no body was connected as i waited for 20 minutes. Very very bad experience. No isue resolved. Sumit

    @ViCustomerCare I guess now I have got 3 complaint numbers for the same issue. Every time I connect with VI, I get a new ticket with a TAT of 48 hours. Then the old ticket is shown as resolved. Issue is still where it was 20 days ago.

You must be Vodafone customer, number should be registered with your name, ID. This is main rules. They will check the state also.
