    Ticket 597908436(May) related to network issue. Resolving date mentioned 31st Dec 19. Why I am paying monthly bill unnecessary if cannot get good service. Totally fed up with your service and customer care. I think time to port the number @VodafoneIN @vodafonecom @VodafoneProbs

    Worst telecom operator @VodafoneIN. Porting to @reliancejio for better 4g coverage and network speeds. I recharged my @VodafoneIN number with Rs. 1699 for one year and since then their 4G has been worst ever, not at all usable, they just want your money.

    Worst ever customer service anyone can have. I wanted to port out they begged so much so I chose otherwise. But after accepting their offer I decided to stay with them, but they reversed their own offer when they got assurance that I won't quit. shame on you @VodafoneIN @Twitter

    Hi @VodafoneIN I am using 4 no.s and want to change the plan to a new RED family plan. Your customer care says that its not possible to do so over telephone. Absolutely ridiculous. No wonder you guys are losing customers by the day !

    @VodafoneIN I've been terribly patient with ill behaviours of Vodafone and its executives. No one is actually willing to help, or even take a look at the issue. Its just a silly issue of conversion of postpaid number to prepaid and it has taken days and days to resolve it. #VodafoneProbs

    @VodafoneIN its been 18 days. neither my number is converted to prepaid nor am getting any update. even on raising complaint to the customer care team, they just close the request without working on it.
