    @VodafoneIN sucks 😞 They have deactivated my 15 year old number despite me making regular payments just because I wasn’t used for last 3 months. And now they will take about a week & 2-3 visits to their store to restore services. Horrible They never informed about such policy

    @VodafoneIN Even though nobody take care my problem. I called CC 4-5 times to not visit the your store but how could it possible without visit your store. You are doing nothing to satisfy your customers. Very very poor service.Nobody called me.

    @ViCustomerCare I have recently recharged with a 4g data voucher worth ₹29 for 2gb, out of which I only used 200 mb and seems like I have wasted my money. So I request you to please make the service validity of data vouchers to plan validity. Don't be foolish, it's 21st century!

    @ViCustomerCare Even after 10 days there is no change in there network issue . Same as usual slow and poor network internet speed . Only the formalities are done with us. If our network problem will no be solved as soon as possible in our area , we all change the sim to jio .

    @ViCustomerCare I’m in Jubilee Hills. Since the last 3 days, I’m not able to hear the other person on a call if someone calls me. Data doesn’t work. No problem with the phone. Checked with another device. Porting now. Thank you for the terrible service.

    @ViCustomerCare I am still waiting for this for last 6 months and slowly losing hope. I have 4 GB per day day in both my connection, which I am not able to use. Seems no one care here? Im with Vi for last 7 years,never see this poor response. So you just want me to keep on paying without usage
