    @ViCustomerCare very serious network issue. Not a single call completes without interruption once or twice. @TRAI Sometimes no ring for incoming calls. Missed call increases. Under 4G this is level of service, what will be for 5G. Tariff on higher trend but service on downsize.

    @ViCustomerCare I have come to Bangalore vodafone store for replacement of sim they need original despite covid 19 I requested them please obtain ekyc or shall provide her all originals in digital they refused.. Such type of Customer services result in loosing your customer base

    @VodafoneGroup ,@ViCustomerCare the worst experience ever 😑 , thier customer care is just **** 💩 , they don't have manners to talk , I tried 3 times. , At first they didn't speak up to me , 2 nd they have cut 25 rupees without my permission and then saying sorry for it ,wtf !
