@TRAI @VodafoneIN Inspite of repeated complaints network problem still persist. Unable to attend calls as t no ring at my end. Even interruption is observed while doing calls from outside. Difficult to receive even OTP through SMS. Why TRAI is silent on the issue.

@ViCustomerCare VI is completely failed to resolve the issue. It's very disappointing and hopeless to raise complaints. After 22 months has been passed but no resolution provided till yet. Only hiding the failure of there technical team.

Was told to pick up another sim from the store as the issued sim had some problem and confirmed the new sim is activated. Went to store today to collect the new sim ( 4 visits now and more than 240 hours or 10 days)
