    I advised my wife to switch from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia for better connectivity. In hindsight it was a mistake. Yesterday morning I got a SMS with a pin for activation. My wife tried to dial but it said not registered on network @Airtel_Presence

You people not even assisting by calling... .such a worst situation.
