    @ViCustomerCare There are network connectivity is very poor. Network connectivity and calling connectivity worst stage. 8052551594 Resolved the problem.

    @ViCustomerCare how can a customer can reach out to you when your call centre ppl say they don't have informations, dropped a mail but no ticket received, logged in the website and it says technical problem. Are you guys making fool of us?

    @VodafoneIN your tie up with zee5 on Vodafone play was the only good thing about you. That also you've removed. All the more reason to move away from you. Your network anyways sucks.

    @ViCustomerCare I am using vi mobile 9999135100 and 9999135200 for many years now and paying the bills regularly. Suddenly, today my both of these mobile outgoing service is stopped by Vodafone without any reason.

    @VodafoneIN hey since the network seems to deteriorating i want a cheaper plan or shifting prepaid. Makes no sense to be on post paid when I can't use the network

    @RamMishra0707 @VodafoneIN They have got the idea bug, back in 2016 I took idea postpaid and it was biggest miskye I made. They have pathetic customer care. Precisely the reason I ended my vodafone connection.

    I advised my wife to switch from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia for better connectivity. In hindsight it was a mistake. Yesterday morning I got a SMS with a pin for activation. My wife tried to dial but it said not registered on network @Airtel_Presence

    @VodafoneIN No solution to my problem of changing from Post Paid to Prepaid for Senior Citizens. My wife's mobile number is 8860199801. If u change Prepaid to postpaid on line why not reverse.

    @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare Team, your support executive behavior are very unprofessional, he use the sentence on call "pagal ho kya sir aap" When I was asking what is the issue in internet. Take the action and I want to know which action you will take for these executives.

    @VodafoneIN the worst network provider. I am in sector 137 Noida. Its been almost two years, there’s no network once you’re inside the apartment. Its hard to even make or receive a call. Just appalling and disgusting.

    @vodafone @ViCustomerCare worst experience anyone can ever with ur service.1st u charge the customer with auto renewal then block there sim so that they can't send"STOP" to stop the service. Then u don't even respond back.Plz resolve this so that I cn port my Sim to other network

    @ViCustomerCare The Vi store did not provide the actual SIM card for my second connection; instead, they gave me a different one. Because of this error, there is no network coverage on this SIM. Now, the store is insisting that the SIM owner must come in person for biometric verification.

    I recharged 48 rupees and promised that 6gb data will be provided, just an hour before, but I can't use the internet, when I checked out, said that I already consumed the data. there is no direct inquiry option is not been given to address my issue. VI loot me. @ViCustomerCare
