    @idea_cares @Idea @AdityaBirlaGrp @VodafoneIN The way Idea and Vodafone have fooled me together since last 3 days is a very commendable step All of me have to say that leave the idea-vodafone and you can use any other network, there is no ***** service from anyone yet in India.

    @VodafoneIN using Vodafone since more than 4 yrs & satisfied. But after it’s merger with Idea, it has become pathetic. Line get disconnected during the call - network shows Idea - but cannot call - then no network & after few seconds or a min, Vodafone again appears & usable

    @ViCustomerCare to convert prepaid to postpaid, local store charged me 300 INR. Checked with customer care, they said no charge. Then checked the local store, they said, they will adjust that amount in upcoming bill after 6 months. They are not responding now.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India So the concerned Vi store called me (just him and me on call) and he told that Charges for getting duplicate sim is now increased to 150 from 50 Rs. He also said since last week only and even Vi customer care is not aware about it. Kindly verify this
