    @VodafoneIN Pathetic response from the store & not even response from their customer care numbers . Need to close Vodafone numbers but these guys are not in a mood to listen or even guide . #vodafoneindiasucks

    @VodafoneIN It's more then 7 days to register my complaint on twitter still not received any call for your irresponsible team. Shame on you people's atleast care for customers as other telecom companies are doing. World worst service support (Vodafone)

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @reliancejio @airtelindia From last 7 day's I am in hope to get a call from Voda to resolve my issue but not received any call worst service support. Pathetic condition. Even I received 2 call from jio & 1 call from Airtel to join them. Shame shame Voda

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, there is a major network issue in Dariapur area,Ahmedabad.All Vi users in our area are getting zero signal indoors.Voice calls are constantly breaking,and the other person cannot hear us.Please look into this and fix the network coverage here immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare Your field engineer visited the location, checked the network personally and confirmed that there is a genuine issue. He clearly informed me that only 2G connectivity is available in the area and assured me that the issue would be resolved in a few days.

    Gross negligence by @ViCustomerCare! MNP SIM delivered on 8th June, active on 10th, but NO network. Cust care says "SIM is damaged, visit store." Why should a solo woman travel to another town because VI delivered a faulty SIM? ₹365 recharge wasted, 7 days lost! Fix this ASAP!
