    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN Already mentioned the issue in the previous thread. Me and my father had Idea postpaid numbers with 2 year ARP 700 plan. Last year, Idea merged with Vodafone & our numbers were converted into Vodafone. Though we were assured that nothing will change, neither no's nor plans. (1/2)

    @Idea @VodafoneIN My Mob no: 9911073845. My internet working more then slow 2G speed...called to customer care multiple times but no response. I really regreting to recharging dos 3 month ..really poor service I having 4 GB data plan daily and all data balance is remains.

    @ViCustomerCare I purchased your dongle a day ago with the motive to have a good internet access for my Work from home as I don't live in India and my work is mostly overseas. Unfortunately, I don't even get 10 mbps speed and there's no solution.

    @ViCustomerCare Every month you are charging some unreasonable amount in bill. This time you charge Rs.25 for VAS. Earlier also you removed and took a complaint for this. Please remove these charges as I donot subscribe to any such service. Please do and advise. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare @PhonePe_ Additionally, I tried contacting customer support by calling 199, but there is no clear option to speak with a customer care executive. The IVR only plays automated messages and provides no straightforward way to reach a representative and discuss the issue.

    @ViCustomerCare This is how you troubleshoot - 1 chat support asks tonnes of questions and redirects user to email 2 email support asks the same questions again and again. does nothing. 3 twitter tries to corner the user in to DM and asks same questions again and again

    Hello @ViCustomerCare and @JioCare @DoT_India mobile number 6264704770 was ported from Jio to Vi. It has now been permanently deactivated, and neither Vi nor Jio is helping me recover it. This number is very important to me. Kindly look into the matter and help me get it back.
