But did not get activated. Mr Umer from vodafone customer care kept me waiting for 30 minutes with an advic e to revisit VI store.

Me and my father had Idea postpaid numbers with 2 year ARP 700 plan. Last year, Idea merged with Vodafone & our numbers were converted into Vodafone. My 169 rs goes in drain.
