  @VodafoneIN using Vodafone since more than 4 yrs & satisfied. But after it’s merger with Idea, it has become pathetic. Line get disconnected during the call - network shows Idea - but cannot call - then no network & after few seconds or a min, Vodafone again appears & usable

  @VodafoneIN Ported from airtel to vod in up east, got a sim issued from vod. Left home in urgency for delhi and left the issued sim at home. Here for 10 days. Can you help me reissue a new sim from here else the airtel no would be decactivated in 2-e days and wont have vod sim to use.

  @JioCare After getting frustrated by @VodafoneIN , after 24 hours of getting new jiofi device it activated now but this is even worse speed thans Vodafone! @VodafoneIN was better I think your jiofi device is too much slow

  Dear @Vodafone_Group @ViCustomerCare @TRAI when I taken postpaid plan my internet working smoothly and when I convert my number from postpaid to prepaid, situation is change. I download 65MB file from last 4hours but still 23MB file is downloaded. Sir, I pay for better service.

  @ViCustomerCare Happy to inform vi that my data speed problem is resolved now. Getting good speed in my area now but point to be notes that sometimes network flactuate 4g to 3g and sometimes 2g even need to work on that issue. Apar from this good going vi.
