    @VodafoneIN If you really want to help, please monitor the activities of your store staff. In order to get good score, they are doing all kinds of fraud. Maybe your systems force them to do all that.

    @vodafone @VodafoneIN Amount wrongly deducted when I called on 100 number . To my utter surprise when I called on customer care... They said amount deducted due to SMS, which is incorrect. Kindly look into it n refund my amount. My no is 9953988027.

    @VodafoneIN Contd..if I cannot use the data, because you guys cannot provide service in the area! For last year's you guys are just giving fake and false hopes and promises yet no services. Should I also stop paying and give Vodafone hopes of payment for services which are based on hopes!!

    @VodafoneIN @Vodacom111 you guys need to train our sourced retention team.I have requested to port out coz of no network and call drop,your retention team calls me and call gets dropped and she says why have you disconnect the call as if I am bound to Vodafone ,this is insane

    @VodafoneIN Totally bad experience of your network in Bihar & Jharkhand circle.your network is poor then BSNL .Almost everywhere @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence are available in the Bihar .

    @ViCustomerCare Better refund my hard earned money, which @ViCustomerCare have snatched away using the advantage it have over customers. @consumerforum_ please take note of my issue. Vodafone have charged for international roaming, even though I have not went out of India.
