    @VodafoneIN using Vodafone since more than 4 yrs & satisfied. But after it’s merger with Idea, it has become pathetic. Line get disconnected during the call - network shows Idea - but cannot call - then no network & after few seconds or a min, Vodafone again appears & usable

    @VodafoneIN Totally bad experience of your network in Bihar & Jharkhand circle.your network is poor then BSNL .Almost everywhere @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence are available in the Bihar .

    @vodafone @VodafoneIN Amount wrongly deducted when I called on 100 number . To my utter surprise when I called on customer care... They said amount deducted due to SMS, which is incorrect. Kindly look into it n refund my amount. My no is 9953988027.

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, my location is,Vill+Post-Bhamuria,PS-Neturia,Dist-Purulia, State-West Bengal,Pin-723121. In my location we have full 4g network coverage both indoors and outdoors for all private operators except VI. Sir please do something so that i dont have to port out.

    @ViCustomerCare Sorry to say that but day before yesterday, I have already port in into Airtel. We can't wait 1 year or more for the network issue. Please work on it in all area else every customer will move towards another company. Every customer should be important for you.

    @ViCustomerCare Great customer service vodafone, the price one has to pay for being loyal customer is that today I am being asked for the number that I bought few years ago and was using and now vodafone asking to pay 2000 rupees to get it back. So this is sort of a blackmail.
