    @VodafoneIN using Vodafone since more than 4 yrs & satisfied. But after it’s merger with Idea, it has become pathetic. Line get disconnected during the call - network shows Idea - but cannot call - then no network & after few seconds or a min, Vodafone again appears & usable

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN @Idea we have 1800+ operational units, 6000 people, in Nirala Estate housing society, techzone 4, Gr Noida West suffering from NO network. If Any of u solve this issue, all of us will port to single comp. It's ur turn.

    @VodafoneIN @Vodacom111 you guys need to train our sourced retention team.I have requested to port out coz of no network and call drop,your retention team calls me and call gets dropped and she says why have you disconnect the call as if I am bound to Vodafone ,this is insane

    @VodafoneIN Totally bad experience of your network in Bihar & Jharkhand circle.your network is poor then BSNL .Almost everywhere @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence are available in the Bihar .

    @vodafone @VodafoneIN Amount wrongly deducted when I called on 100 number . To my utter surprise when I called on customer care... They said amount deducted due to SMS, which is incorrect. Kindly look into it n refund my amount. My no is 9953988027.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare your services are getting worse day by day.I am using Vi from long time along with my Jio number if compared both Vi services are very poor.I registered a complaint on 18th June for network issue still nothing happen. Still not getting network

    @ViCustomerCare you guys are automatically activating VAS services and charging money. It happened last month and it happened again today.This is FRAUD. Remove the service and refund the money. YOU ARE FRAUD AND I WILL BE HAPPY TO PORT TO OTHER NETWORK AFTER THIS BILLING CYCLE

    @ViCustomerCare last 7 yrs trying to stop the postpaid number, everytime vi customer agent asked for noc for my personal number. I dont want to use your service and would suggest everyone not to use VI.

    @ViCustomerCare I am been given contradictory information from your services all the time. I want to migrate from Postpaid to Prepaid but some customer service agents say I can't do it for 90 days while the store manager says I cant do it for 180 days. What's wrong with you all?
