But did not get activated. Mr Umer from vodafone customer care kept me waiting for 30 minutes with an advic e to revisit VI store.

All of a sudden since APR'20 it looks like @Idea @VodafoneIN has stopped service. For details you can check data and call usage on my number.

It shows 4G+/5G+, yet even YouTube won't load and my phone heats up. Switched from Airtel expecting better. May move to Jio.
