@VodafoneIN @Vodacom111 you guys need to train our sourced retention team.I have requested to port out coz of no network and call drop,your retention team calls me and call gets dropped and she says why have you disconnect the call as if I am bound to Vodafone ,this is insane

@VodafoneIN using Vodafone since more than 4 yrs & satisfied. But after it’s merger with Idea, it has become pathetic. Line get disconnected during the call - network shows Idea - but cannot call - then no network & after few seconds or a min, Vodafone again appears & usable

Its been almost 5 days since my VI sim is out of service and they are least bothered about it. On their own advise, I changed the sim card and it did not help me get back my network. Such is their apathy towards their customer. @ViCustomerCare
