    @VodafoneIN Not received ant call from last 7 day's. Your competitors are more prominent as I receive 2 call from reliance Jio and Airtel. @reliancejio @airtelindia thanks jio & Airtel for support. Worst experience with Vodafone. World worst telecom company :- Vodafone.

    Dear @VodafoneIN on #oneside your services are very poor #Onother your Spam calls odd times making life miserable. Despite blocking over 10 numbers you give #Spamcalls with new numbers. If you continue to harras stop using Vodafone as you failed to deliver defective SIM in 3mnths

    @VodafoneIN ,your services are worst. Every month i paid rs352 as my monthly bill & 4 50 gb data but i hardly use 1 gb because ur net never working even for the digital payment s also

    @VodafoneIN My issue is in network and overcharging how by joinung your app these issues ll resolve. It's more then a month to rise complaint but no response. If you people's not able to provide services they why you charge bill r customer. Many time your are doing overcharging to customer

    I have porter my no to Vi but unable to activate when I call 59059 IVR recites unable to process due to system problem. I am in urgent need to activate my sim @ViCustomerCare

    Also not sure that why the call was landed to a Hindi Prepaid customer care as I called from a postpaid number and having 5 connections on my name. It is really very bad experience. @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare So this highly inexperienced executive Yusuf called to harras me in the morning without even reading my tweets or the DM. He obviously couldn't speak or understand English and disconnected the call when I was about to tell him my issue which he should have known before calling.

    @vicustomercare horrendous service. cannot even get to your customer care agents to lodge a complaint. the ai agent just keeps repeating the same thing. no internet or cellular service since 12 hours now!!!

    @ViCustomerCare even after several updates to vi that i am in US eastern time zone, support guys give calls at around 3 - 4 am. Finding - only chat support works in indian night shift, all other support teams including twitter, works in Indian day shift.

    @ViCustomerCare Your response acknowledges that there is a coverage issue at my location, yet I continue to be billed the full amount every month. If you are aware that you are unable to provide the promised level of service at my location, charging the full tariff is neither fair nor justified.
