    @ViCustomerCare my compliant no C004-123659522255 is closed without resolving the issue. This is bad experience being the user for long period. The timeline told to resolve the time is very high and above that issue also not solved. Very pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare ,the service was so good till October 2nd 2021 ,after that the calling service sucks everytime and Data ,I can't even use 10 MB of data with the speed given, please solve these problems or loose customers

    It’s 2:23AM and I’m having a medical emergency. My last insulin bottle just broke and I’m unable to call a medical store because @VodaIdea_NEWS / @ViCustomerCare hasn’t resolved my simple problem since last 10 days. I’m this 🤏🏽 close to throwing ketones up! Help :/

    @ViCustomerCare You change rental plans without customer intimation. Emails are not used for formal communication of such changes. No reversals granted in these cases. Is it your revenue growing Business strategy?

    @ViCustomerCare I spoke with floor Supervisor Rupesh Jadhav on 15 Oct and he had taken the complaint ,but the technical team closed it without calling me and they are putting blame on my bank that the problem is from their end , just fix it asap
