    @ViCustomerCare @vodafone I've had the most terrible experience with Vodafone in the past couple of days. My mother lost her sim card. We went to a nearby VI store to get a new sim card with the same card. We got the card, was told that it'll get activated in 3 hrs.

    @ViCustomerCare I can't share my no on public domain.customer service failed to gave me proper info..do network had that power to stop network more than 2 hours in India?absolutely no.if network provider does it,network provider has to pay for that ..

    I have recharged my number with a special offer but i didn't get any special benefit customer care said offer is is not available when i recharged but i verify twice while recharging my number. #fraud #viindia @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare frm day one i purchased sim i just complain abt network issuse till today means 06-12-2022 it as not been resolved beyond tat i have received one bill if problem i will handle through consumer court

    @ViCustomerCare Vi gives the worst service! No one should ever use it. It is the worst in every aspect from Internet Providing to calling. I never received OTPs on time. Even one cannot put their favourite callertune after paying for monthly recharges.
