    Don't use #idea sim it give day by day worst internet speed..if u are used 500 mb then after that ur internet can't work properly iam facing this problem from 10month but idea customer care can't solve this issue...my waste 599 @ViCustomerCare @rsprasad

    @ViCustomerCare I am not sure why u guys are charging to customer if unable to provide the services and network. Raised around 10 complaint for network and all close without resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare my dad shifted to VI to get added to a family plan..but your store executive started a separate 399 plan for him..cheap service..can understand why VI is losing subscribers..will make sure as soon 90 days get ls over will shift all my 4 connections of of VI..

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, just fed up with your service. If I am not wrong i have complained more than 10 times about netowrk issue. No inquiry about the complaint. Its just worthless paying the recharge bills @ViCustomerCare i need proper network
