    @ViCustomerCare @spagarwalCA @ViCustomerCare your company’s service is just horrible there is frequent call drops I have made several complaints through your app but everytime I am told that problem is solved which actually is not solved at all. This is just disgusting

    @viragthakkar @ViCustomerCare I agree they have become robbers. Worst part is @TRAI is not taking action and they do not have a complaint dispute process. How are they operating without any regulatory compliance

    @ViCustomerCare I don’t want any help. I’m criticising your service. Even though we are making recharges time to time still you are restricting us from sending a text message unless we do recharge above 128. Is this a TRAI regulation? Because @reliancejio doesn’t have such kind of policies.

    @ViCustomerCare is employing another time wasting tactic. Now, they are saying they are not able to enhance services which I have not even asked for. We are not able to call or receive to/from other vi numbers only. Rectify that instead of inventing problems. @DoT_India
