    @ViCustomerCare it's shameful to be your customer. Here is my story. My father is 62 yr. Old. Just checked his phone today morning. Saw many SMS of deduction of useless VAS services without any consent in last week. 49/- 10/- 25/- Remaining balance is ₹1.49

    @JioCare I tried call to customer care who introduce herself as #Peygal I was asking about any dues lying with previous operator @VodaIdea_NEWS but she said She has no information, my issue is since I ported from @ViCustomerCare i have paid last bill amount

    @ViCustomerCare I haven't been receiving/able to send sms from the last 7days. 3times I've registered a complaint and it's marked resolved at your end without any solution. What's wrong with your service! I just did a recharge and it's a total waste.(0.5/5 stars on customer ser.)
