I switched from prepaid to postpaid very recently and now I can't port out of it for the next 120 days. It's adding to my bad experience with @ViCustomerCare they said once you port to postpaid everything will be good. I feel like they have frauded me for being a loyal customer.

@DoT_India I have other idea, vodafone number and recently taken duplicate sim for both number and also this number too...but i am facing the issue with mentioned number only..so there is no handset issue for VoLTE.upgrade ur system @ViCustomerCare

Please note that when cslled up customer care executive Mr.Vishu,I was informed that no communication email was send from the retail outlet where the payment was done nor a call made to verify the address. Pathetic indeed @ViCustomerCare !!!
