@ViCustomerCare i am getting frequent sms for blocking the sim card. i have never made the request for blocking under lost mobile. some fraud person had reissue my duplicate sim with tempering my aadhaar card on 07-01-2022.

The customer reps at @ViCustomerCare won't budge and wont accept their mistake with this situation. The app still shows incorrect info and no one is concerned. Poor #CustomerService
