    @ViCustomerCare Hey @ViCustomerCare , please check your dm, now it's more than 72 hours of booking/placing order as you have asked it will be completed by 72 hrs but still no update ,can you please check this on priority, this is seriously pathetic as the service delayed with promised time

    @ViCustomerCare Its been 2 days in MX and I've been chatting with your customer care for network in MX. There has been no resolution and I need the phone to be working in the next 12 hours or so. Else, I'll need to buy a new MX SIM. When would this be resolved?

    @ViCustomerCare Replied, please don't ask me to check details shared by other support members, as already mentioned multiple times, false deduction is happening on my number, I am not getting any calls. So ask technical teams to check it carefully before replying or closing the ticket.
