    Hello vi care we are unable to use stable vi internet connection . 1 min internet accha hota h 1min bilkul koi msg send tak nhi hota hai baar bar flight mode lgana padta h har 2 min m .. recharge unlimited ka hai but what about service unlimited chale bhi to @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Issue is not resolved yet . What's benefit of having Unlimited 5G Recharge when I'm not able to use it. Your network Shows 5G in Mobile but data is again deducted from Daily Quota .

    @ViCustomerCare Donโ€™t ask me to DM. The issue is public. Your number +919953015328 is being used for marketing calls, which is illegal under TRAI rules. Take action on this number and confirm here publicly. Stop pushing customers into DMs to hide the problem.

    @ViCustomerCare is there any ongoing issues with VI atm, my sim suddenly shows damaged and i dont receive any otp on phone + nothing in email either. I am on an international roaming. This is bery urgent

    @vodafone @ViCustomerCare Despite calling customer care multiple times, the issue is still not resolved. Complaint Details 1. *Issue:* No Network / Call Drops / Very Slow Internet 2. *Location:* 72, 90 Feet Rd, Netaji Nagar, Kurla West, Sakinaka, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400072
