    @VodafoneIN Heena i am facing this issue since 2016 covid 19 was not their in 16 were you guys sleeping at that time or till covid lockdown happened so don't give excuses now . I will escalate it to authorities as i am fed up now . I gave you many chances but no resolution was given

    Services and she cannot call me or not even doctor if she requires any help in this lockdown. Vodafone app doesn't work it just buffers. I am worried for my mom And I'll sue you guys whatever it takes for this inhumane behavior @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK @Idea

    Last msg was few days back assuring call for help from some department but still no one called and no service for making calls internet not working. My mother is 60yrs old we live in diff houses she was told to pay 500 by tele caller of @VodafoneIN she did and they barred

    @VodafoneIN worst ever service I m facing since last 3-4 weeks, it seems like no one is cared about customer service and after sales service. Even after complaining so many times, only getting replies that due to lockdown and limited staff. So better u don't charge us.
