    @ViCustomerCare I am facing frequent call drops, unable to call , break in voice etc since past 2 months in my area .Despite raising complaints nothing happened. Kindly also note this issue is faced by everyone in my area. Now if not resolved i will port all number approx15-16

What kind of customer service are you providing to your customers.. customer that are aligned with you from the past so many years.. Still you're not responding to their queries.. so disappointing
