Because of this network for you loss only no gain.They don’t have any timeline for providing any services.

@ViCustomerCare Yesterday I have exchange my Vodafone SIM with VI SIM but that is also not yet activated, have shared comm. Id of SIM exchange but executive said they have not received any request. You are harassing a customers with your poor quality of service & network.
