    Dear @ViCustomerCare do you have any solution to our problems except forcing us to buy your postpaid sims? Today i visited to start my old prepaid sim again but your customer care center just denied to give any service unless i convert it into postpaid. @TRAI please look into it

    Now the problem is I booked vi(vodafoneidea) simcard on 26-10-2022, order I'd -DCHD26102267633,ur @ViCustomerCare ppl promised me they will deliver it on 27-10-2022,not delivering till now and I have all proofs n I also registered complaint on this in @nch1915 n @DoT_India
