  No one can stoop as low as vodafone idea I have two days of data services active on my cell and all of a sudden they decided to stop the services and calling the customer care also doesn't help 😑😑 only after recharging, the internet is working. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare. I did transaction at vi store to convert postpaid to prepaid. Cleared upcoming bill in advance with one week extra as per agent. Bought prepaid sim with instructions for activation after postpaid gets turned off. This was 2nd September. Issue remains unresolved
