    @ViCustomerCare Ur team has the audacity to mark the complaint as โ€œresolvedโ€ without even calling me for the resolution for the past 1-2 days!!! Whatโ€™s happening guys?? I have reopened the complaint. Still the network issue persists!

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Vi Team, I want to enable the SIM Lock feature on my Vi SIM. However, I do not know the current SIM PIN. Could you please help me with the default SIM PIN or guide me on how to obtain/reset it? Also, please let me know how I can get the PUK code if needed.

    @ViCustomerCare This problem is not a specific number problem it's a collective problem for many users so establish a Vi network in my area. Location+Village-Barwan Ratti Patti, Sub Division -Belthara Road, District -Ballia UP East,Pin :-221716 Kindly look into this problem a fix this ASAP
