  @ViCustomerCare If you cannot permanently fix the issue in my area, then please say it clearly instead of giving temporary solutions every time. I’m honestly tired of facing the same problem repeatedly and will have no option left but to switch to another network provider.

  @ViCustomerCare this is very frustrating abt Vodafone Mayur Vihar phase 1 Delhi store that untrained staff's foolishness n attitude n customer is left for visiting store again n again like govt dept, neither nodal nor appellate team serious abt it for years.

  @ViCustomerCare Ordered a new Vi SIM on May 9th via the app, but still no delivery. Executives only call to delay it further. Poor experience as a new customer. Please resolve this ASAP!
