    @ViCustomerCare Vi is Totally **** I'm using Postpaid 699 Entertainment plan since 2020 bt now speed sucks like I'm using 2G. And Still Vi Have No Volte and Carrier Aggregation support in Jharkhand now I'm going to Port @reliancejio

    @ViCustomerCare what's wrong with your internet, I'm facing very log speed like 2g from yesterday. I complained my problem but nothing changes. If this problem will not solve then I will port my number to other telecom company.

    Entire @ViCustomerCare network collapsed in our area. Just few days ago i have registered a complaint to resolve this issue then authority call me for informing that now network is good. Now again started call drop issue and also extremely poor net connection. (1/2)

    Visited Vodafone store Sion to resolve recharge fail through VIApp. Surprise to hear from staff for online recharge Store can’t resolve it, you have to contact Care or Email. Requested for Customer relationship person who suppose to handle Customer is on leave.@ViCustomerCare
