    Two face of @vicustomercare, on one hand they ask for time on SM to resolve my bill issue but not a single call from them on this & on the other hand calls 3 times a day to ask for bill payment . Nothing but clowns you are . You guys don't want to sort things out at 1st place

    @ViCustomerCare Last 4 days I am unable to use internet 6 am to 12 pm ... When last time I complaint they told me for wait but it was too bad experience .Work should be improved but found negative ...👎👎 Bhai improvement karna tha ,tumne to stop hi kr diya chalna hi band😞

    @ViCustomerCare Hlo vi I recharge vi no. .. on 3rd feb Through lazypay via vi app But unfortunately my vi no. Not recharge and my balance deducted From lazypay I contact vi customer care but after a month negotiation no solution found I provide all necessary documents
