Useless app @ViCustomerCare can't connect to agent and received notification- Your request for deactivation of Callertunes has been received and will be processed in 4 hours. You will receive a confirmation from 54300 once the service is deactivated. What's going on? 😠

@ViCustomerCare horrible network - no 4G connectivity from past 3-4 days + calls getting dropped. No resolution till date - just fake promises- we are looking into it #vodafoneidea sucks. Looks like need to launch an official complaint to #TRAI
