    @ViCustomerCare Poor network connectivity, slow 4G internet, number remains not reachable, not getting OTPs on time, unable to call people because of frequent call drops, rude customer service. Do you need more reason?

    @ViCustomerCare VI cheating customers and not returning their money. Illogical explanations and excuses. Worst service and no resolution. How can a company deny to return some other person's hard earned money? Ridiculous.

    @ViCustomerCare need serious help over call forwarding issue. All calls are getting auto diverted through my primary sim to another. I have tried multiple times to switch it off but was not able to do . Help at earliest.
