    @VodafoneIN sirji very poor network. 4g is just for name. Works like 2g. @reliancejio works far better for my smart tv hotspot, always top notch speed everywhere.

    @ViCustomerCare Utterly disappointed Just 4 getting my recharge done frm balance I waited for 15 to 20 min (in 4th attempt). When call finally gets connected, supervisor says system is down so call after 2 hours? Please Note - Dodging customers will not help @ViCustomerCare

    Hey @ViCustomerCare kindly upgrade your service in dakshin Dinajpur (west bengal). There is no 4g network in village areas also not receive 2g tower. Plz look into this

    Hi @ViCustomerCare Please help with my network speed and connection drop issue, im tired of calling customer care everyday. I think I will have to port into any other good service provider. Im using 4gb per day plan.
