    @VodafoneIN sirji very poor network. 4g is just for name. Works like 2g. @reliancejio works far better for my smart tv hotspot, always top notch speed everywhere.

    @ViCustomerCare @GalaJenish One of the worst network service provider in India.. It's been more than 6 days..they couldn't activate the suspended number..Giving all bullshit stories form VI customer care..And in twitter also they will reply saying we will resolve the issue..

    @ViCustomerCare I have logged the complainant many times about internet issue..ur executive have raised the ticket and without providing any solution they close the request. i think u don't value ur customer that's y everyone is leaving VI n switching it to @reliancejio

    @ViCustomerCare last week onwards I am receiving only less than 200kbs even in 4G network with 4 signals this issue happens after I did my recharge last week. Before this I use to work with the same place and it will have 3-4MBs speed. Worst network and worst customer care

    @ViCustomerCare The concern has NOT been resolved as there are more charges that have been deducted. My father has been charged for some health videos and 6T seconds videos subscription which he never requested for. Please STOP all these chargeable services and refund charged amount

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS I do believe when you guys claim that you have 'the fastest 4G internet'. I honestly do. Have been your customer for more than 10 years as of now. But 'NO INTERNET CONNECTION' at all? Please kindly look into this issue and solve it ASAP. 😟
