  @VodafoneIN sirji very poor network. 4g is just for name. Works like 2g. @reliancejio works far better for my smart tv hotspot, always top notch speed everywhere.

  @ViCustomerCare very poor and pathetic service, chor company hai Customer ka pocket mai dhaketi daalti hai. I purchased a number rs 5900+300 and number got inactive with 3 days. Last 3 month mai customer care se followup le raha hu, but no one help me

  @ViCustomerCare No network most of the times..only 1 or 2 bars show up... Internet always on 'E' 4G works only on some specific coordinates not everywhere..

  @ViCustomerCare I have ported my mobile number from BSNL to Vi through your store. At the time of porting the SIM, I paid ₹199 for the first recharge. While my phone number has successfully been ported, i have rec message first recharge was not done by VI store pls help..

  @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI Extremely frustrating experience. I’ve shared all details multiple times, was promised a summary/update, but now there’s complete silence again. This is a serious issue involving my primary number. Request immediate escalation and resolution.
