    @VodafoneIN sirji very poor network. 4g is just for name. Works like 2g. @reliancejio works far better for my smart tv hotspot, always top notch speed everywhere.

    @ViCustomerCare I have a Vodafone sim for 5 years. The sim gets charged with new VAS every now and then. This month, the deduction was around 100 bucks again. And this I never authenticated. Could you look into it?

    @abhinav_appurv @ViCustomerCare Oh my god! How lucky you are!! But for me they don't even credit my balance after recharge. Happend to me 2 times. Still my number is down, neither recharged amount reflected in balance nor I got the refund. After 7 days of complaint.

    Worst service by VI. Has been using both vodafone and idea internet. But Internet speed is very slow. I tried to contact @ViCustomerCare but they blocked from further calling. Pathetic!!

    Claiming to be India's fastest 4G read this- At sudden my network gone & customer support asking me to get SIM upgraded in lockdown. Visit service center as there's no other option. Stop spreading fake awareness messages of not stepping out @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS #VI
