@VodafoneIN sirji very poor network. 4g is just for name. Works like 2g. @reliancejio works far better for my smart tv hotspot, always top notch speed everywhere.

@ViCustomerCare I have decided to port my number and wanted to send the port SMS, however was not able to. Was having sufficient talktime balance but as per customer care I need to activate an unlimited pack of 128 or above to get the SMS service to be activated, is this normal?

@ViCustomerCare It's been more than a week and there's nothing that ur Management has done because of sheer incompetence. Instances like these compel us to port to another network. Had ur management installed some network boosters here in the area of Mandi Estate RWA, I wouldn't be complaining..
