    @VodafoneIN sirji very poor network. 4g is just for name. Works like 2g. @reliancejio works far better for my smart tv hotspot, always top notch speed everywhere.

    @ViCustomerCare And now when I call customer care number then not a single customer care number is connecting even after trying for 10 times. Now I have to recharge for Rs 101 for 5 gb data even after @ViCustomerCare offer me 5g free unlimited data but only on paper, not able to use 5g unlimited

    @ViCustomerCare I am here to acknowledge the service call from Your cce Aayesha, she deserves high appreciation, but to higher authority:-AIRTEL & Jio are providing 5G DATA network since more than 2 years in Bhiwandi, why is it neglected from your office, is beyond understanding

    @ViCustomerCare went to Vi store kharadi Pune for postpaid to prepaid. Staff pruthviraj said backend not working, when asked details he called staff shifa, she said it be done only after bill is generated and there is no pronrata billing. Will port to @JioCare or @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare Enough is enough! Every single time — your network keeps loading and buffering. Calls drop, internet stuck, and zero improvement even after so many complaints. If this continues, I’ll stop using your sim and switch permanently to another network. Don’t test customer patience
