@ViCustomerCare Please stop harassing us. We dnt want to switch to VI. Daily getting a lot of harassment calls to switch. Was a customer of VI earlier & due to a lot of false charges shifted to Airtel and we are happy. 9898509301 @sanjeevsanyal @TRAI

Today I recharged my mobile with Rs.359 pack at 8.53am. Since then unable to use internet on mob. When I called cust care, they told me it will take 4days to work on it. I do my office work using this data pack. 4 days of my recharge will be wasted. @ViCustomerCare please help!

@ViCustomerCare I had rollover data of around 150gb in my account and still I was charged Rs.420 as data usage charges. In the previous month also I faced the same issue where I was charged Rs.660 and got that refunded by raising a complaint.

I was a postpaid customer of @vodafone . When I switched to prepaid connection one month back customer care person told me I will face issues. So @ViCustomerCare is harassing me now. My money is wasted and work is hampered.
