    Why my unlimited 4g data is not working , even i have recently done new recharge of 398₹ on 5 april 2026, why you people are counting 300GB data consumed with it, i have consumed that 300gb data of previous month recharge 😡 so frustrating VI @ViCustomerCare , solve this now

    @ViCustomerCare I am not getting port out code despite completing 90 days. Getting this error "UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance"

    @ViCustomerCare So they tell you to DM them the details and ghost you afterwards. Still waiting for the resolution as the people at customer care are retards and don't know anything about how a network connection works. I have an unlimited data plan and it's getting exhausted.

    @ViCustomerCare Been reporting mobile internet issues since December and now it’s April — ZERO resolution from . You’ve made me run from pillar to post. Every time a new agent calls asking why I raised a port-out request — do you people NOT read case history or notes?
