Why write when I’m speaking to @ViCustomerCare about the grievances, live - isn’t that what you’re supposed to fix instantly. One, you update details without customers’ knowledge & two, then put the onus on them to fix the fraud @AshwiniVaishnaw @devusinh

@ViCustomerCare I have a prepaid card and have a balance of 1.2gb left yet not able to browse anything. Other end able to see 4g and 1.kb/s speed on the screen of my mobile. I did restarted the phone but the issue is the same.

Hey @ViCustomerCare i am not interested in IPL Matches so I don't want any type of advertisement from VI via SMS and Offer I have allready activated DND Service but still getting such sms on daily basis DND-related complaint MNG-V00890174537 @TRAI @DoT_India
