    @ViCustomerCare u silently removed SERVICE VALIDITY (28 days) from Rs 48 recharge. I've activated Rs 48 plan using Main Bal, money deducted but cant use my phone at all. Why credit 3GB data if I cant use it? Such a farce. Provide service validity or refund! I've DM u my no. Call!

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service provider. I am using Vodafone since it was Hutch. Now I finally decided to switch to other network. Worst service. Saharanpur region Uttar pradesh west.
