    @ViCustomerCare @AshwiniVaishnaw Respected sir, The worst internet speed I am facing with you network. Vi provides you speed of less than 1 mbps which they are calling it as high speed, seriously. Many of time I have complained but still no resolution till date. Pathetic service

    @ViCustomerCare I'm in Hyderabad and can't make a single call. Tried everything, but right after dialing the call it automatically gets disconnected. Pathetic service. I dialed your complaint number 198. That doesn't work as well.

    @ViCustomerCare basically, I've been a customer for a while now, I've had no issues with your service until NOW - which is wierd, a plan upgrade can only be a good thing? Please investigate, this issue has been raised multiple times via email too.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

    After the merger of #idea with #vodafone , I am now a VI customer. Recently requested @ViCustomerCare for an e-sim and was told #IDEA customers aren't eligible for an e-sim ! Now porting to @airtelindia . @AdityaBirlaGrp

    @ViCustomerCare why would I take a calling pack when I dont want to answer any calls, and haven't answered any to begin with? Please have your team reverse the charges ASAP. If you do not solve this by Monday, I will file a legal complaint immediately. This has gone on too long.
