    @ViCustomerCare , Hi, I have my sim related issues, added ticket and it was as suggested to to change sim, have been to prahlad nagar store 4 times, done verification process three times, paid money still, my current sim is deactivated and waiting for new sim to be activated yet.

Many time complain but chorclass service team not solution Aditya dibaclass company thirdclass quality customer service Totally fourthclass customer care team 6 month this problem But chor class vi employee not work

    @ViCustomerCare it's been 4 days I raised a complaint & still i can't access internet on India's fastest 4g certified by ookla.

    @ViCustomerCare Your service is pathetic, however you say ookla certified India's fastest internet but ookla's site does not open using vi4G.

    @ViCustomerCare As a loyal customer since 2008, disappointed to see such lousy level of network coverage in areas near Siswan, Bihar. Your claim of 4G is futile without mobile network. Seems, you have stopped monitoring network coverage KPI. It's time to search for new network.

    @ViCustomerCare No action taken. Ruchita Patil called to insist that network quality is resolved though data speed is 9.6 kbps, calls are dropping . Also for DND , your CC wants entire SMS sent to them against law & refuses to block Spam SMS as per particulars sent to them following TRAI norms
