    @Trai @ViCustomerCare these people are basically looting poor people's money. To simply send an SMS to my bank I have to recharge for 129rs. And then also my work is not done. You representatives are so irresponsible,they can't even say the right amount also..so frustrated

    @ViCustomerCare Today vi network engineer visited my residence and tried their best to solve my indoor coverage problem which I was facing since 7 months. Though there is still some problem but as of now I can use properly without buffering. Thanks vi
