@ViCustomerCare - You have been adding hidden charges as usage charges in my bills from many months. I have raised this issue from over 2 months now and have not received any fix yet. I need refund of the amount you charged unnecessarily. Your support team has been terrible.

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare Kindly stop Forcing the customer if I needed only 3 sim of 999 plann .why your Store staff member added the 2sim extra n saying that your System is not expecting the 999/- plan n they have forced me for 1149 /- n the monthly bill will be 1300/stop forcing
