    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare I called the custom care to know the details of my number and the guy was very rude and did not gave any details and when I asked to transfer the call to the senior he did not and cut the call. VI (VODAFONE-IDEA) ARE GIVING WROST SERVICE.

    @ViCustomerCare it was nice while it lasted but there’s a limit to testing people Patience , no changes in network coverages no volte or wifi calling bad nationwide coverage am sorry but I don’t think our relationship is working out will be moving out soon and taking the family

    @ViCustomerCare I checked DM they said we raised complaint and expected response is 8 july 6PM. Till tham my sim will remain off network. It is my primary Sim and you will give response in 4 days means in resolution you will take a month. I need to fix this issue by tomorrow.

    @ViCustomerCare First u addressed my problem or resolve u nothing did ..! But End of conversation u saying that my outstanding amount , am not asked u my bill outstanding and moreover I have a time to pay my bill amount ..! I thought u asked my mob no to reached me I don’t no u..etc

    @ViCustomerCare what a pathetic service is being provided, we lost our FIL sim for which as per the process informed by you we provided all the doc, now u are asking to take mandatorily postpaid plan to get new sim, contact me immediately. No shared in dm
