    @ViCustomerCare Why my balance deducted even though full dnd and vas dnd was activated still money was deducted , and customer care executive was so rude , they deactivated service and now saying money can't refundable Should i proceed with TRAI on this matter RAJ-v00446219863

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea limited has reached the height of poor service. I have done more than 10 complaints in 1.5 months for which they only give temporary solutions. The internet has stopped working again even after complaining to customer care and getting temp solution.
