    @ViCustomerCare We had raised complaint regarding this in past also but closed solutionless. Pls have some focus on service also which is altogether poor. this is the reason u have least subscribers in this sector. customers are suffering pls understand.

    Great job in Removing the Doubt data plan @ViCustomerCare you have lost another customer. Was already pissed with the low speed and now this too. I would have been ok with paying more, but for me double data plan was great. Since u have removed it, no use in continuing

    @ViCustomerCare No! As per our conversation, this has happened multiple times. You either resolve it in the next 24 hours and make sure it never repeats or bid adieu to a customer who has been with you for 15 years (multiple numbers)

    @ViCustomerCare Please improve your customer care service. First you target your post paid connection by activating VAS services and then even after raising concerns, you don't do anything on it. Please tell me should I port your number or will you do something immediately?

    @ViCustomerCare Team leave 5g trails, Vodafone ping service is the worst there is no reliability when it comes to packets. So first take care of that

    @ViCustomerCare Team, I've been facing network issue at my home Bhayandar-East, Thane from 3 months. Raised concern on your customer care but problem remains the same. I've 3 postpaid connections. Solve the issue asap or else I'll have no choice but to look for other operator.
