    @ViCustomerCare vi service center d 27 connaught place. 4 days ho gye . sim activation nhi kar rhe . aj kal kar rhe. aur keh rehe sim postpaid karwa lo. kyu pareshan kar rahe ho customer. mera Friend daily service center ja Raha hai. DM pe number send karta hu.

I knew it, this is what always happens!For basic tariffs u have collections team but u can’t hire proper technical staff to repair & restore network! Pathetic network, pathetic customer service, rude & unhelpful agents! @PuneTimesOnline

    @ViCustomerCare worst service by your support team !! Inspite of mentioning to waive the late payment fee and the same agreed upon, it's still not done and moreover my service is stopped after 10 days of bill payment.This really questions how you treat your long term customer

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Chetan, my number was port to vi yesterday evening. I am not able to complete televerification process as the call ends without asking my details and I am also not able to contact customer care as it says to complete the televerification first

    @ViCustomerCare India's most worst VI service provider. I really frustrated from VI network. Because of his bad network my father was about to lose his job.
