@ViCustomerCare #ViCustomerCare torture... When you port out you get 47 calls in a day asking you want to port... In the initial few calls, I explained the reason for porting and they said fine, now we will update systems and you wont get any calls. But it never ends.. Such a nonsense company

@ViCustomerCare Please don't call if you don't have the answers to my complaints. I know my DND status is active, you don't need to call me for it. I need resolution details of my DND complaints which you have closed. @DoT_India I assume they just create fake complaint numbers.

@ViCustomerCare That's really very disappointing.. finally she has to visit store to activate sim. I strongly believe that this could have been done otherwise too. Sorry to say but your behavior & customer care is not appreciated !!
