@ViCustomerCare Vi no 7506639880, alt 9101511829 At the time of sim selling VI can send their field staff in an hour bt while resolution of complain 45 days is not sufficient to send someone to field at customer address. Instead ur sending sytm gnrtd sms of false resoln without cust feedback

@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia Ms. Simran Kaur from Dwarka Sector 11 VI store needs to be trained on handling disgruntled customers as she loses her cool with ease which doesn't help the customer at all. She was very rude and acting oversmart.
