    @ViCustomerCare Once I wanted to port my services but your guys came from Ahmedabad, calls from Gurgram heads, solve the whole area problem....I was told they put / fix some leakage, new unit at tower. Seems it's gone bad / damage again & now same problems as it were earlier.

    @ViCustomerCare I bought a Disney+Hotstar pack yesterday from your Vi app. While I got every other benefit of the pack as mentioned in the plan but not Disney+Hotstar subscription, also Called your customer care twice but both the agent seemed to doing the old school gimmicks..

    @ViCustomerCare You guys are worst service provider, no wonder post @reliancejio era you guys are loosing business like anything. Raised multiple complaint for weak network ( area pin code 421503),& guess what your own executive suggested me to port to different network lol !

    @ViCustomerCare after every two seconds i received flash messages I'm getting irritate with this my phone is like get hacked by you Already activate dnd and call to the customer care two time but still problem unresolved It's like someone ringing door well again and again

    @ViCustomerCare nowadays Vi connection issue sucks... giving so much of problem since an hour. No signal. Opening of Vi official app is also not helping to complain about the matter.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I had a conversation with your support team(Kajal and his manager Subham, Anu), and some 3 services have been activated prior to my notification. These services have not been activated by me. Could you please help to refund my money back?
