    @ViCustomerCare I can't use RCS feature in messaging because my mobile number is not added in SIM MSISDN. I have migrated from Vodafone Prepaid to Postpaid recently. RCS was working fine when I was on Prepaid. Visited store & called customer care too but no results. Help!

    @ViCustomerCare I think you are unable to help me. I have to transfer my number in another network operator. The behaviour of your customer care authority is as I am his chattels. ( However after calling many of times they receive the call one time).

    @ViCustomerCare very bad experience of VI, they have changed the ownership without informing owner. They show you biggest process if you want to do at your own, but they do it without concern of related person. Pathetic.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Worst experience! I've been complaining about a sim card registered on my grandfather's name. The internet is notworking and nobody is solving our prob and customer exec has been calling my grandfather to the store who has just recovered from Covid

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS It is more than 2 days now, and still i am unable to use #Mobile_Internet on my Vi number. It seems that it was a big mistake to PORT-IN to Vi Network from #airtel Absolutely Poor Service by Vi.
