    @jyotipratim @ViCustomerCare @DisneyplusHSVIP It is suggested to port out. Vi is the worst network provider. They will not listen. They will not even ask you why you want to port. I’ve already ported to Airtel. I am happy.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Very irresponsible customer care service by Vodafone. No solution even after 4 days of raising query. Last month it was a same situation and they charged me the internet consumption because of their delay of solving the issue. This is why @VodaIdea_NEWS is downgrading in India

    @ViCustomerCare I had made a fresh complaint regarding voice quality. Engineers solved the problem they said, but I see no difference. Poor quality of voice. BSNL and WhatsApp Calls are doing faaaar better. What do your engineers actually do?

    @ViCustomerCare Mr. Pritam disconnected my call. He said "the issue has been resolved to your satisfaction". Who decided I am satisfied? How can anybody satisfy by activation of sim card after 12 days? Arbitrary management in Vi. Nobody care if customer is satisfied or not. 😡
