    @ViCustomerCare My wife has been trying to port from Jio to Vodafone for the past 15 days. First order created thru app was cancelled, store people forcing us to purchase postpaid and now new order is created and no response from customer care! Pathetic service for new customers.

    I don't understand why this number of mine with Vi keeps getting suspended. If they can't fix the issue, they should just release the number so I can get it from another provider; the number is very important to me.@ViCustomerCare @vicu

    @ViBusinessIndia Dear @ViCustomerCare, despite repeated follow-ups, I'm still being billed incorrectly for international roaming that was activated only to receive OTPs. Correct the bill immediately or I'll escalate this to consumer and telecom regulators for harassment and deficient service.

    It's vary pathetic, service by @JioCare unable to login or work. Internet sucks. It's really really bad service at my location pin code 110077. No response on DM. @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare I need better network here.
