    @ViCustomerCare Why are you cheating people? You don't even offer 3G service under the name 4G. I have never seen such a useless service till today. Even after making so many complaints in the last 10 days, you are not providing good service. I can't tolerate your services.

    @ViCustomerCare I can share some screenshot- it will show how unstable & pathetic is ur connectivity & so called 4G. Also I have shared the details u ask via DM 5-6 times but it’s all useless. Now I Can only use my phone on wifi or else it’s just a box. @TRAI ?? #VI #pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare I have been contacting VI to refund the security deposit amount. But every time they come up with an excuse. I have already ported my 2 10yrs old number now due to poor service. VI is not refunding my money even after continuous mail and call. Look into this.
