    From last 20days I've been raising complaints about network and placed many complaints but still my network is 2 drops. I recharge 100gb work from home plan but can't use it because of your poor and worst network. Its 2 drops inside and 3 drops outside. @ViCustomerCare

    Please check your system. The VI tower in our village (Moti Rafudad 361170, Lalpur, Jamnagar) is down. DG (generator) is not running and there is no network. Kindly start the DG and restore services urgently. @ViCustomerCare #VI #NoSignal

    I always tweet about VI experience and once again I'm here with worst possible experience by VI and this time my 2 months plan is going to over in 2 days and I'll change my sim and i won't use forever it gives the worst possible network and internet in very area.@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare As expected your team called and refused to help. Told them I’ve been trying to port this out and I was told I will highlight to a senior a cut the phone. Huge problems with your customer service. @TRAI pls make a note of all this.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been a postpaid subscriber for 12 years. I have just been auto subscribed to the Movies and TV service, for which there is no opt out mechanism on your app. Since this is a clear case of fraud, I'm requesting @TRAI to intervene and stop this dark pattern.

    @ViCustomerCare always very delay service notwithstanding to commitment given. I can’t port now as I have only 2 days including today to expiry of validity. Porting takes 4 days to get active how can I manage 2 days without phone service.
