From last 20days I've been raising complaints about network and placed many complaints but still my network is 2 drops. I recharge 100gb work from home plan but can't use it because of your poor and worst network. Its 2 drops inside and 3 drops outside. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare if it comes to worst networl, vodafone name is top on the list. If you live in semi urban area, don't go with vodafone. They are worst in industry. Network engineer b time pass k liye location maang lete hai, fir koi jawab nhi or besharmo ki tarah tariff bdhaenge

There is lousy customer servicing, there is lousier customer service, and then at the absolutely deepest end are the morons from @ViCustomerCare. Even if you keep escalating the calls, and eventually reach the top, it still would be an idiot on the other side responding to you.

So @ViCustomerCare called to say that network at my home is fine. Clearly not wanting to understand issue that Whatsapp does not work in areas where there is no wifi. For specific locations I told them throughout Gurgaon delhi noida where there is no wifi. said they cud not help

@ViCustomerCare I had logged complaint # 4-126206591331 on 23-Dec-2021 for correcting the invalid VAS charge of Rs.549/- + GST that was charged to my mother's Dec-21 bill. She did NOT make any call to special no. 53516 on 24-Nov at 7 pm. Please fix it. @DoT_India @jagograhakjago

@ViCustomerCare Sick and tired of seeing DM. Just don't fake it that you guys are trying to improve services. You guys don't do anything. We've been facing this issue since last year but no one looked into the matter. It's better you do something about it or else just don't say anything at all.
