    From last 20days I've been raising complaints about network and placed many complaints but still my network is 2 drops. I recharge 100gb work from home plan but can't use it because of your poor and worst network. Its 2 drops inside and 3 drops outside. @ViCustomerCare

Everyone must switch from @ViCustomerCare to any other network.I am facing a simple SMS delivery problem from last one month and already lodged three complaint and they closed all the complaints by informing three different replies.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi need a port out code, however VI blocking it, I am not sure if you can do that as a network. Can you help me with the rules around it and trai's guidelines. Your cs advisor sd will call back in 10 mins couple of hours ago, still waiting

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you Mr. Kumar for informing me that my concern has been discussed but please keep in mind that it is not resolved and can never be resolved unless it's given to me in writing that I won't face any issue further during roaming.
