  @ViCustomerCare I have already did the steps that you told me. My father is also using #VodafoneIdea sim last 20 years. Now he is also frustrated with your network because no signal at all. He is thinking to port his number to other network. But stuck due to 1 year validity plan..

  @VodafoneIN Your service is very pathetic, the network goes out after the power cut and the network does not even come until the light comes on. Leave 4G, you are not able to provide 2G service either.

  Hi @ViCustomerCare how long do you take to resolve a complaint? Its been 6 weeks when i got vi connection. Since then No network, call drop etc. Complaint raised, closed, reopened, closed again. Do you have any plans to close complaint or this will go on forever?

  @ViCustomerCare internet speed is too bad at Tambaram railway station, Chennai. Overall speed in 4g has gone down badly in madipakkam, Chennai.. Please check this

  @ViCustomerCare Please retain my portability process..I have got around 20 calls with bad netowrk and fraud VI customer care..Just send me a message if I need to do anything and dont ask VI people to call me as they themself have poor quality.

  @ViCustomerCare when pre-paid plans are for 84 days why you cut them before 7 days he suvidha aplya no war uplabadh nahi customer care number la contact Kara , customer care doesn't exist
