Now he is also frustrated with your network because no signal at all. He is thinking to port his number to other network. But stuck due to 1 year validity plan..

Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle. If you are living in days of your beggary, Than u don't hold any rights to harrase the consumer and earn ur money.
