    @VodafoneIN Your service is very pathetic, the network goes out after the power cut and the network does not even come until the light comes on. Leave 4G, you are not able to provide 2G service either.

    @ViCustomerCare I have already did the steps that you told me. My father is also using #VodafoneIdea sim last 20 years. Now he is also frustrated with your network because no signal at all. He is thinking to port his number to other network. But stuck due to 1 year validity plan..

    @ViCustomerCare Still no network coverage in my area. Cross sign is showing as network signal. @ViCustomerCare please return back my annual subscription so I can move on another network.

    @ViCustomerCare WorstExperience @VodafoneIdeaIN successfully ported out 4 Vodafone nos to the new network. No etiquettes in business secretly activate unlimited VAS and blame us for activating, if you can FOOL technology literates, I pity those who are non-tech savvy

    @ViCustomerCare I had filed a complaint on 17th August, I was given 90 days time but even after completion of 90 days the connectivity problem is not resolved, is this what you claim to be the fastest network?

    VI charging th genuine user with their expensive plans bt not providing th better service from last 1 to 2 years call drops issue, 4G is for the name only but never get speed like a 4G & showcasing itself as th best5G brand shame of u change ur tag line @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Also VI representative claim there no use of No service validity Recharges which about 50% in total available packs, if another pack is not availed. So basically it's a trap.

    @ViCustomerCare full dnd activated much before still there are service lapse reciving unsolicited calls and sms please get the same checked and investigated and resolve the issues on priority.
