@ViCustomerCare I have already did the steps that you told me. My father is also using #VodafoneIdea sim last 20 years. Now he is also frustrated with your network because no signal at all. He is thinking to port his number to other network. But stuck due to 1 year validity plan..

@VodafoneIN Your service is very pathetic, the network goes out after the power cut and the network does not even come until the light comes on. Leave 4G, you are not able to provide 2G service either.

@ViCustomerCare not able to call on 1800-103-6030 since last 10-15 days. Whenever I call, it get line busy notification. Whereas while calling through other service provider call get connected every time. Pls help it's very important for me to get connected.

@ViCustomerCare When next year??? Media say your network almost gone for closing. I think like Aircel you will inform us to port to other network. Request you to close this network as quick as possible.Other networks will be happy and customers too.#vi is not interested to put good money to bad.

@ViCustomerCare My father (number:9799927705) received 2 messages with numbers deducting 99 and 66 rupees for caller tune. He never subscribed to those caller tunes. Why you deducted the money then???
